Shame on anyone wanting to ask about open civil war before we completely discuss the peaceful alternative, a Constitutional Convention.

At this point ... do we want to prevent one?

Personally I think it would be in the sake of the best interest and some saber rattling to just hold a nationwide exercise sponsored by the Tea Party to ask for local militia volunteers of a specified err rather “regulated” type so as to lay the initial groundwork of actually defending the 2A.

problem is we should be openly considering options just the same as a country like North Korea testing nukes, we should be testing out ability to adhere to the groundwork of the 2A.

Either that or we all become cricket farmers.

The RATs may keep the White Hut for decades. The country’s only chance is to stock the Senate and House with conservative majorities.

Yes, if a million new folks join the NRA before the end of 2013 and pledge to vote for pro gun candidates<>

BS! The NRA kept the Senate in Democrat control in 2010, and got Harry Reid re-elected.

Obama doesn’t want to avoid a civil war. He wants to be Lincoln. He thinks he will win it.

The Senate is a symptom of a bigger problem. They are the waiter serving spaghetti and butter to a honey boo boo nation. We need to change the country. This involves taking back our schools, taking back the media and taking back the country. Starting in our homes then our neighborhoods, churches, schools, cities, counties, states, then country. We won’t accomplish anything if we don’t change the mindset of the country.

Okay...let’s think about it: If there is a ‘hot civil war’...how do you tell who the enemy is? In case you’re thinking that I’m picking on someone, I’m not aiming at anyone in particular. This is for everyone.

In the 1st Civil War, it was pretty easy. The Union soldiers wore blue uniforms and fought under the Star and Stripes. The Confederates wore gray uniforms and fought under the Stars and Bars. It was pretty clearly delineated who was fighting who.

Fast forward to now. What uniform does the enemy wear. What’s that you say...they DON’T? Then how do you tell if they’re the enemy?

You say “Liberals and Democrats are the enemy!”. Okay...how can you tell a liberal from a conservative?

Clothing?
Ethnicity?
Skin color?
Language?

Which of these is the ‘bad guy’? How will you tell?

What is the methodology for deciding who is the enemy? Don’t give me the line “If you don’t know by now...” I want to know: How will you decide who is the enemy?

“They” are picking this fight.

As arrogant as “they” are, I am sure “they” will fire the first shot, God forbid.

[[Yes, if we launch a massive ground campaign to retake the senate in 2014 through electing Tea Party conservatives]]

Who’s going to do that? All the conservatives who sat hoem and allowed his highness to get another 4 years to party on america’s dime? Those folks? We just had the MOST IMPORTANT election Ever perhaps, and even the importance of kickign out a nation destroying socialist anti-American wasn’t enough to stir the right to get off their couches and go out and vote- I don’t see them motivating more during a 1/2 term election for underlings-

I believe the time has come, that for each county throughout each of the states, that county Tea Party should convene and choose 2 representatives to attend a Tea Party convention of their state, which will in turn debate and then consider and elect 2 representatives of their state, to attend a unique Tea Party national convention for the purpose of establishing a Second Continental Congress.

Setting the time and place for a first setting of the Second Continental Congress, then the unique national convention shall adjourn, and the representatives return to their states, where the Tea Party conventions of each state, will then take into consideration, who shall be their 2 representatives in the Second Continental Congress.

I believe, it is time to follow in the steps of our Founding Fathers, and create a new ship of state, to which our allegiance and love of our worthy American heritage and many foundations, shall transfer.

I believe, that *everybody* needs to see this preparation and action.

If the existing federal government fails us and takes one more step toward tyranny on which it has proven to be hell-bent, then we know, as Benjamin Franklin et al knew, it is time.

We must have a new democratic-republic to be where people can again be free from government tyranny, and we must, thru starting with a Second Continental Congress, make a good government, which will very likely be framed as the first but with a few refinements regarding how we may better limit government and that includes the courts.
