Excuse me, and realize that later things you posted I have responded to in kind.
But in this instance, I responded to a post YOU made where you called on someone to look over the posted “truther video” and actually deal with what it said.
And the post you ridicule here as being a personal attack was, in fact, a detailed debunking of the truther video, just like you asked.
It didn’t reference you by name, and in fact you weren’t even the sole name pinged to that post, you were just the reason I made the post. In some ways, it was your reasoned request for debunking that led to the post, and I would have thought that, having ASKED people to watch and debunk a video, you’d be happy someone took you up on your offer, instead of being upset about it.
Maybe you had never watched the video, and therefore didn’t agree with all the stupid things in the video, and you were duped into defending the video or attacking those who ridiculed the video. If you are going to be so thin-skinned, you might well think twice about lending your name to such videos, even in the indirect way you did so, in the future.
All the things in my post were brought up by the video. It is a response to the video.
And apparently at least one of the list items did directly address a point you have, Robbie Parker and his insufficient emotional response, as per the psychology experts of Free Republic.
I doubt anybody here takes what they hear as absolute fact. I have no doubt the official investigation will lead to information we don’t know, and will refute things we think we know.
On the other hand, when another commenter says the entire thing is a hoax, and you respond back to them with a “thank you”, again if you are thin-skinned you should be careful not to so closely associate yourself with jibberish, insane ideas.
I think it is fitting that Youtube, when sending me to that video, puts on the right hand side like-minded videos, including other sandy hook conspiracy videos, and the guy who took a video of his alien abduction.

BTW, the guy is a loon. I said it. And again, the whole “no tears” crap is infuriating. How the hell do any of you know how much crying these people have done, or how many takes they took to try to get a coherent interview without people breaking into sobs.
The idea that all these victims are actors, and that there are no dead kids, is so crazy that it makes us all look like fools for even entertaining the notion. But there are dozens of internet videos that say exactly that.
IN fact, if I were a liberal, I would rush to print dozens of these videos, just to make conservatives look like idiots when we post them and discuss them as if they are important. might as well be having a book club to discuss “Red Fish, Blue Fish”.
The worst part? There certainly are things odd about reactions. Why is the government buying up so many shells (my theory — they hope to overwhelm the manufacturers so that private citizens can’t buy those bullets). But we can’t discuss any of the occasional rational questions, because they have been sucked into these absurd conspiracy theories that are heartless, cruel, and clearly false.
That’s why it would be a great false flag for a liberal — take the one thing, like Fast and Furious, that is a real issue, but put out video after video linking THAT to a hoax shooting in a school, and now you’ve discredited the whole thing, especially when you can get otherwise sane conservatives to entertain your stupid made-up theories about actors.
Not ONE FREEPER should be entertaining this notion anymore. When one of the main sites for this nonsense started posting that John Goodman was hired to play the police officer, all should have realized they had been suckered, and come back to reality.

I happen to think a man who just had a daughter murdered would not be yucking it up right before a news conference the very nest day. In fact, if it were me, I'd tell the media to pound sand as I did after the Northridge Earthquake and the media wanted to interview me. I know how they work, I know how I am.

The entire Sandy Hook Scandal stinks, and these "grieving people" are all fakers. Not a single family member shed a single tear, and they all do a LOT of fake crying.

So, I think it is clear that my statement:
when another commenter says the entire thing is a hoax, and you respond back to them with a “thank you”is an accurate summary of the exchange.
As I said, if being thought of as agreeing with the "hoax believers" bothers you so much that you have to post "screw you" to people who you think are claiming that about you, maybe you should be more careful not to thank people when they post that the entire thing was a hoax, without at least mentioning that you disagree with what they claim.
Of course, you can just keep getting upset and cursing at people who misunderstand you, but it would probably be more productive to do a better job of communicating what you actually think.
I think that 20 kids, and some other people, died that day, and that it is highly likely they were all shot by Adam Lanza, and that he probably took his own life. I think he probably used a rifle, but we won't know until the official story is released. I think the left has disgustingly intruded on the grieving families to push an agenda that does nothing to stop such attacks, and I think that a few conservatives have disgustingly denounced the grieving families as actors who are lying about their children being dead.
And I think that when the final investigation is complete, there will be at least one thing that I think is true that I will find out is entirely false. I have no idea what it will be, but that happens a lot.
And to the degree the left is misusing this incident to push ridiculous gun control, those perpetrating these outlandish theories of hoax are helping the left, by making reasoned opposition to gun control look like heartless idiots attacking victims who lost their children.
Indeed, too bad you can't say that here lest you be labeled a truther amongst other things.
