You know, I'm really getting tired of kids being punished for being normal kids. But here we go again. First graders at a Maryland elementary school have been suspended for having the audacity to play a good old-fashioned game of cops and robbers.

If you were to ask a real child psychologist, I’m betting that he’d say kids play these games as all part of the process of learning right from wrong.

Having been a plumber I can tell you there is very little aiming going on there but I get your point. LOL
This is exhibit number one to stop federal involvement in education. Your tax dollars are being redistributed to places like this. This holds true at the state level as well. Complete local control of schools and busting teacher unions will solve problems like these.
Political correctness given the force and authority of law. It is not new. I was watching a documentary about the Tokugawa Shogunate and how the later Shoguns enforced the peace for which the time was known. Well, it was the result of law and regulations dictating the most minute activities of all the classes of Japanese with real and severe punishments for even unintentional violations of the code. The code covered even such things as how to dress and what colors to wear in differing locations, where and when you can sell your products which were in turn dictated by the authorities.
To me, it sounded like a living hell. Then I realized that we are headed in a like direction.
My siblings, cousins and I would be serving life sentences for THAT one.

Well, at least there is some rational thought behind being opposed to kids playing cowboys and indians. The cowboys and indians I played as a kid, the cowboys were always good and the indians were always bad. Always. The only good indian was a dead one. Cops and robbers is totally different.
When are the teachers unions goign to assemble ALL the teachers and tell them “Look you friggin idiots- Kids will be kids- they go throguh stages, they pretend- DEAL WITH IT and STOP punishing htem for being kids! THEY ARE NOT TERRORISTS! STOP THROWING THEM OUT OF SCHOOL! STOP HAVING THEM ARRESTED! STOP SUSPENDING THEM! YOU FRIGGIN IDIOTS YOU!”

In the 50's, that's all we ever played. Those were the days of Roy Rogers, Gene Autry, Hopalong Cassidy, Davy Crockett, etc. My brother was a big John Wayne fan. All he ever wanted to be was a soldier. He played war with those green plastic Army figures all the time. He also enjoyed drawing pictures of war scenes, with tanks blowing up things, and stick figure soldiers shooting each other. Thank God we were allowed to be kids back then.

They are trying to do just that. They are using the excuse that it cost too much to have urinals and toilets in school restrooms. But it is just more male bashing by the leftist.
This comes after many school districts have switched over to waterless urinals.
