I am listen to Hannity (delayed) while I wait for my daughter to complete her music lesson this evening. Hannity amazes me. He calls himself a conservative, but he is so willing to spend tax dollars to solve the "gun violence" problem.
It got me thinking about where are American men. What I mean by that, is a man that has the courage to defend his family instead of spending tax dollars and going further in debt for ineffective solutions. (E.g., the police are only minutes away ...).
If anything, all of the solutions being proposed cost more money, puts our children further in debt, reduces our rights, freedoms and liberties while not increasing security one iota. In fact, it reduces our security.
Now that I calmly wrote that, I am really pissed. This country is really messed up because there are no longer enough American men.
Now that is a wonderful (and very sane) list of how a rational woman behaves when she’s in a relationship with a real man. I consider myself blessed that Mrs. Windflier scores about 80% on that.
I’d like to think that I score at least as well, but I don’t know. After eighteen years, I’m still a work in progress :-)
Men (not all and not on FR) decided it was expected to shave their chests, arms, legs, wear skinny pant, dress like a teenage girl and whine like a baby when there is work to do. In short act like a spoiled women.
Some reasons why are, women have been taught that men are not needed, to disrespect real men, and men being men is unacceptable.
It’s always a work in progress!
Sometimes I just want to push a stick in his spokes and laugh at the resulting crash.
We have 25 years under our belts, and it has not always been smooth sailing.
When all is said and done, I wouldn’t trade him for all of Solomon’s gold, but, damn, he pisses me off more rather than less.
You know what’s kept us together in spite of our human feelings and imperfections?
Two things.
1. Our vow to God to stay together until Death parts us. I should say our Solemn Vow. A VOW TO GOD. Which has no bearing on how we may “feel” at any given time.
2. Knowing that Love is not always a “feeling” but a Commandment.
Think about it.

Yes, and another thing. Part of the process of becoming “all you can be” as a man is to become a husband and father. We’ve allowed that process to be interrupted for large segments of men, across a few generations now. Doing so, we are stunting their development, and creating perpetual teenagers.
If we want to change that, we need to reverse the destruction of the family, and in order to do that, we need to get rid of “no fault” divorce laws. Nobody much wants to hear that, so it’s not a popular view on the right or the left. Everyone wants to do what is convenient for them rather than society, and we will all pay for that selfishness on both political sides.
I do that all the time. I love her forever. The best part of it is that it natural. I really don’t get the rest of the America given my little perspective of my life. I know it works for me. I think I am teaching my children well. We just need more MEN to take responsibility and be fathers, husbands and defenders of America.
When I was in high school the boys looked forward to close contact wrestling with girls.
The real American men are busily loading ammo from stripper clips into 30-round magazines! Fortunately mine were already loaded months ago.
Ahhh. But the intent of the left above all else is to destroy the family unit and the morals of the nation.
They know that is the end of the nation and the culture.
Of course the Obastard wants this. He is a Lying Muzzie Commie B_tard, intent on the end of Christianity, Capitalism and Freedom in this generation.

Sure, the left is intentionally malicious and wants to destroy traditional families, so they can substitute the state for the parents and easily indoctrinate children. That’s the end game for them.
The right, on the other hand, isn’t intentionally malicious. They even want to preserve families, since they know their importance. However, preserving heterosexual marriage from eroding into a sham of an institution is of far greater importance than preventing homosexual sham marriages from being recognized by the state, when it comes to preserving families. You can argue that the latter is worse for the institution of marriage itself in the long run, but in the short term impact on families, tolerating the divorce free-for-all is much worse than a few fruitloops tying the knot.
Don’t get me wrong, I am against “gay marriage”, but I think we are myopic about the issue and not really addressing the bigger picture.
You know, in a thousand years, if we’re still around, some archaelogists might date our sediment layer by the caches of rusty weapons and ammunition that they find buried all over the US thanks to Obama. We won’t be the Bronze Age, or the Iron Age, but maybe the “Lead Age” instead.
