I get what you are saying, but consider this. You can still pray for them privately without empowering them publicly. And by empowering, I mean giving them an inch of acceptance.
When we ‘get along’ with these idiots, they just point to it and say to others ‘well so and so is cool with X and he/she’s conservative.
It works against us in the big and the small picture.
Just like how the GOP uses the support Romney got to ‘prove’ the country is really moderate and ‘rejects’ those extremists in the TEA Party.

My bff and I (was at her house for election night, my cable still out because of Sandy) were throwing ourselves around on the floor, crying and hugging. We just could NOT accept it.It's hard to watch the death of your country. But see my editorial in the next few days to catch a ray of hope.
In fact, you should be in my ping list.
And catch up on my other editorials in my links list.
If we are to marry, you should know me.

Georgia is quite red, and likely to stay red longer than texas, which is reaching a tipping point soon.

Great. They went gay with the packaging.....
I remember the simple gold labels and red/blue 6-pack holders. White cans or green/gold.
Is NOTHING sacred?
Communists....

I don’t know. A friend’s father collected beer cans and that was his favorite. I don’t know if he ever got a hold of an unopened can. If you look at Miss Fruthingslosh, she’s rather well endowed and that’s how the pictures on all the cans look.
The cans were too funny!

Once upon a time. But not anymore. Not since...
Unsweetened Kool-Aid sweetened with Splenda. I keep several flavors on hand. Favs are orange, black cherry, grape, and lemmon/lime.
Right now lemmon/lime is keeping me hydrated.

Yeah but they are not a worry. They are less annoying than true roaches. Roaches are plentiful in New York and you know how they are very tough to get rid of and very numerous. Not so with Palmetto bugs. They are relatively rare and die easily, and I think I’ve seen maybe 10 in the 10 years I’ve been here.
