I have wondered how much all the various Freepers weigh. I know by reading stories on here that we have had people get diabetes type II from their weight, all the way to ectomorphs who work out 7 days a week. Obviously, don't post your weight if you do not want to, but I just thought it would be interesting to see our weight spans. I am 42.
5’4”, 125 lbs.
DON`T POST ! IT`S A TRAP gathering data for obamacare !
I have to buy the expensive ladders, or make separate trips for each nail...
Okay usually my weight is right around 200, right now it is at 220, because I have not been able to work out due to an injury. Type II diabetic, down from a high of 285.
So if you went to Guam it would tip over?
yep, those south pacific islands get a bit touchy when some of us threaten to do a cannon ball dive into the ocean out of a plane.
I’m the poster boy for what you describe, 5’11”, 309. My new year’s resolution is to go Atkins.
Hot for Zeppelin!
Cougar here. Early 50’s, 120 lbs. ;D!
I don’t quit puking until about noon. Then it’s time to start over.
I’m 6 feet 2 inches, 215 lbs...43 Years old on the 20th. I just had a physical at the Veteran’s Admin and my cholesterol levels are elevated. Probably from holiday eating. :D
Is that body weight, including/excluding, opinion, and thought process?
32 y/o
6’2”, 350 lb., 22.5 BMI
I was as low as 225 lb. (14 BMI) just 5 years ago, but then I met my now-wife. I let myself go, but I continue to lift.
Diet is the biggest component to weight loss. You can exercise all you want, but if you’re shoving garbage down your gullet, the scale will not be kind to you.
My long-term goal is to maintain between 200 lb. and 225 lb. for 5 years by the time I celebrate my 40th birthday.
When I last dropped a load of weight, I went from 390 lb. to 225 lb. in 18 months. No drastic diets, just ate when I was hungry, 90 minutes a day of cardio and weightlifting, very low carbohydrate intake (<10 mg/day), and most of that was from fruit.
6’3”, 250 lbs., 59 years old. I want to get down to 230 or less by my 60th birthday (March 7). In the 220s is a good weight for me. Today I get back on the elliptical treadmill, start back up with the sit-ups and the free weights.
(Blood work #'s available upon request)
I tip my hat to you Laz, you have a sense of humor asking this on Jan. 1st, LOL!
5’2” and after this holiday 135#’s. I am in need of a 10# drop immediately! Feeling like the guts of a sausage in my jeans! Squeezed.
At the DMV I’ve had to weight up to five hours. But usually less than that.
53, 6’1” and my weight UNLOADED is 231 lbs 3.75 oz. My weight LOADED is 231 lbs 10.12 oz.
OK, Laz, but what is your WEIGHT? Weight and height, please.
That all? I've got a full keg.....
