Absolutely...she had many freepers spinning in the breeze for months while she played one-foot-in...one-foot-out, right down to the PAC with her copyrighted name on it asking for money less than 24 hours before she finally announced that she was not going to run (btw...what happened to all that money?). That my FRiend is definition of tease. Or, do you not recall the hundreds of "this means she's running" & "she'll announce she's in it to win it next week" & "all she's waiting for is the two year anniversery of resignation" threads that ended up in nothing but disappointment.
