My youngest grandson, Tommy, age 5, is home from the hospital where he was finally diagnosed and treated for Kawasaki's Disease a rather rare condition that first started December 1.

We're now going to try to have a blessed Christmas, with praises of joy to our merciful Lord and Savior for His abundant blessings, which I wish to you all.

Onyx, I’m so glad I caught your post so I can pray for your grandson. Keep us informed of his progress. I read the link you posted on the kawasaki disease. The prospects sound more positive than negative, so I am holding to the thought that he will come through this rather quickly. It really scares us when the little ones are sick. God watch over him.

Heavenly Father,

We thank you for the precious gift of your son, Jesus Christ, who said that we may ask anything of you in his name and know that you’ve heard us. Father God, we ask you to reverse the inflammation in Tommy’s blood vessels permanently. We thank you for the capable treatment of the physicians and nurses you have gifted with such talent. But, Father, we know that there is no greater healer than you and we ask that you touch Tommy with your healing hand and restore him to full health. We ask for this healing in Jesus’ name. We thank you for your blessings and accept your gifts of grace and mercy though we are not worthy of them. To you, God, be the glory and honor. Amen
