Just a little humor. The local grocery store where I live still has a real real meat counter. They don't shrink wrap meat, everything is in the case or cut for you,
Recently a Muslim was hired by the store. Instead of protesting when he serves me, I make him serve me pork. I am not too nice about it, I make him touch a lot of pork before buying any meat, which maybe beef or chicken.
You should see face. Yes
Training the Koranimals, I see.
;-)
Yes, you are mean. Your intention is to humiliate and antagonize. Jesus would not condone this.
I agree, pretty douchey.
Not so much mean, as sophomoric and without class.
Yeah, it’s mean. It’s one thing to stand up for our own rights, it’s quite another to intentionally make others uncomfortable about their own beliefs, sincerely held. It’s a far cry from “Do unto others as you would want them to do unto you” or “Love thy neighbor as thyself.”
You do realize he may wipe his ass with his hand....TP is too high tech for some koranimals...
OTOH, if he took the job knowing he must handle pork, then he really has no leg to stand on.
He may be a secular Muslim, who doesn't care.
i would ask him to grind it first, to really see him squirm..............
In my opinion you ought not ask him to handle meat - any meat - that you do not intend to buy.
Think of the others who come behind you, and let’s keep the meat touching to a minimum.
Watch your back though. Muslims tend to have extended families and as we know they are rather prone to making "honor attacks" against those who they think are slighting them somehow.
Food servers I know have told me some pretty ugly stories about how servers they have worked with in the past got revenge on rude diners.
Not smart.
I care as much about their feelings as I do about liberals. Do you truly think they give a damn what you think or care about? To them you are an infidel (I assume) and should be put to the sword or submit.
If he believed it polluted his soul, he wouldn’t be there where he could touch (with gloved hand to be sure) pork at all, let alone a lot of it. This sounds like a silly stunt that hurts the store, if anything (otherwise he could be busy back there preparing the packaged stuff). Don’t do it.
Not smart for him if he is spotted. He does get off work eventually..............
Do you realize that if he is touching it with his left hand he is sheiting on your food?
Regards,
