As quickly as possible, Secretaries of State certify the elections to avoid controversy and at that point there is no further discussion.
You are exactly right. Just a couple days ago I tried to have a reasonable conversation with a lib on a forum, and when he could no longer defend Obama’s lies, he went into a personal attack mode. I didn’t respond after that, preferring to let him think he’d won the issue rather than get into an immature name-calling game with him.

Get over it, Romney lost Obama won, FR going Fox Mulder.
“Sorry, but its over.”
The people who founded this country fought and died to create the opportunity for all we have.
These words are no way to honor their sacrifice.
Romney only lost in the swing states by around 300,000 votes.
That is not a large margin.
There will be the next election in 2016, but we will lose it.
Both parties are comfortable with the condition of our elections or it would have been dealt with long ago.
They are like Coke and Pepsi - while they advertise that they offer something different, they are hard to distinguish and they are also happy with their own market share. They will work together when necessary to keep Dr. Pepper out of their game.
The author of the blog is doing a lot of good work and some serious research, but it all means nothing. The politicians don't care and the most anyone reading it all will do is tire about half way down and send it in email to a bunch of friends. Those friends will forward it to friends and it will roar around cyberspace for a while then burn out on re-entry.
What would anyone do with this - take it to the Justice Department, or maybe Homeland Security?
Unless a State Attorney General decided it is a violation of state law and opens an investigation it’d die with the feds.
If West uncovers actual fraud... would be huge. But it’s very difficult to prove and the clock is ticking.
Agree with Coke and Pepsi. Heard someone say, “We have two parties both for big government - the Republican branch and the Democrat branch.”
Romney’s budget was insane with all the details hidden until post election. Of course, Obama was allowed to get away with that... and with no budget at all for four years.
I sent the link and brief description to Col. West yesterday morning. I don’t know if he saw it/read it, but it wasn’t too long before I heard he had asked for a recount. He also asked a judge to put the ballots & machines under security (not the exact phrase, but that’s what he meant), but the judge turned him down. I don’t know how widely known this procedure is, but it certainly wouldn’t hurt for other areas (especially those that had over 100% of the population voting or other glaring errors) to check the tabulation of their machines.
Do you, or anyone, know if after the election is called, does the losing candidate keep his protection, and if so for how long?
When I watched the video of Mr Curtis several things bothered me. So I did a little checking.
I had seen it linked to as fairly recent testimony. I knew it couldn't be because Stephanie Tubbs Jones is no longer living. I discovered that this is from 2004.
I couldn't figure out why there was applause for a witness testifying under oath. Especially testifying that he was willing to engage in fraud. If my sources are accurate, this hearing was conducted because the Dems were accusing Bush of stealing Ohio votes from Kerry. And it was attended by Dem members of the US House Judiciary Committee at the urging of John Conyers about vote suppression. That explains why Maxine Waters was in a hearing conducted in Ohio.
I was puzzled why there seemed to be smiles and celebration at times. Turns out Mr Curtis (Dem) was preparing to run against the politician (Pub) he accuses in his testimony.
I have no idea about the accuracy of Mr Curtis' testimony. I am certainly not accusing him of lying. I am concerned though that a video of Dems interviewing a fellow Dem (who may have an agenda) may not be the smoking gun it seems to be. If my sources are accurate, Pubs didn't attend the hearing. I think we should be careful not to get punked by something that may have been a dog and pony show.
The current report at the Ohio Secretary of State shows that there were a total of 107,964 votes cast.
**********
Nope that is total voters or registered voters and 57.7% cast votes for a total of 62,338 or 57.74%.

Keep trying to get back to the subject of the "debate." Let them call you names because they're losing, but politely keep trying to bring the debate back to the subject. Suggest discussing the name calling accusations later. What YOU are is not the subject of the conversation.
Before they start calling you names, they'll try to direct the conversation to another subject, such as Bush, or homophobes, or a woman's crotch, just so they don't look foolish when they can't defend Obomas lies. Again, bring them back to the subject of the debate.
Yes, eventually they'll go into name calling mode and stomp out of the room, but when they get there, you've obviously won. They have nothing, and they know it.
I thought you might want to see this. I'm in a public library in Phoenix. This is what came up when I tried to click your vote fraud link

We should never accept voter fraud.
It is very obvious that this election was won by fraud.
If we let this go, we are no different from Communist countries. .
I misread your post. Sorry
