It’s a beautiful fall day here, too! The A/C will be working this afternoon..71 right now.
Benadryl better hurry up and work on this ear pain!
Thats a real catitude!!! He’s got a mean look in those beautiful eyes.....LOL!
I was awake early this morning and said a prayer that the CAT Scan will show you are cancer free. I also asked God to Bless you and your family.
Tho, I have been off-line you have been in my thoughts and prayers.
Have a beautiful day, Dave.
Good morning, Teenie. Thank you for that sweet, cute November graphic.
Wishing you a Thankful Thursday and a Happy November.
I’m planning to be here more often ... even if it is only for a few minutes every day.
I’m expecting my life to get less stressful, BUT ..... then it will be time to start thinking about Christmas shopping. I appreciate Amazon. LOL
Welcome to Poetry and Potpourri, Mosesdapoet.
I read some of your poetry and really enjoyed it. I’m looking forward to seeing you posting some here soon. I’ve saved one to use later. If that is not okay, let me know.
Wishing you a beautiful day and a wonderful November.
Hey, LTOS. Thank you. Great to see you this morning.
I went to the archives for today’s Opening. It was last posted in 2009.
Did you get a postponent on jury duty?
Have a thankful Thursday and a delightful November.
Happy Thursday ... Happy November, Mayor. Thank you for being here everyday to start the day on the Right foot. You are appreciated.
Hope you and yours are doing well. Excuse me for forgetting his name but how is your military son doing?
Have a Blessed Day.
I asked to be excused due to the extreme hardship it would place upon me. I haven’t heard back yet.
Happy November, Meg.
Thank you for sharing that wonderful graphic and the pretty poem. Also, thank you for helping to keep our place here while I’ve been away.
Praying that you are feeling okay and giving your back plenty of rest.
Have a beautiful fall day.
I need to leave for a few minutes. I will be back to visit again soon.
Don’t give up on me. LOL
Happy Thursday, Jaycee. Thank you.
You have been in my thoughts and prayers.
I took a nap this morning. This has become a habit.
We take Marissa to the bus stop at 6:45 every morning. If we miss the bus, we can take her to school at 7:30. It was still dark this morning when we dropped her off but there were several others there waiting.
Since she is going to an out of district school, the closest bus stop is about 1 3/4 miles north of us. I’m looking forward to the time change this week-end. It is getting really tough getting up at 5:30 when it feels like the middle of the night.
Wishing you a beautiful Thursday and a wonderful November.
So beautiful, Amy
I’m thinking I’ll just do “pray for our nation” Sunday..with everyone posting their favorite scripture/ prayers for times like these.
I’ve voted..and prayed often..May God’s mercy rain down.
Ps..Thank you..I love that graphic, too.
Amy, I think I’ve prayed more over this election than I’ve ever prayed before. Some days I feel good about it and other days, I lose my spirit. I’ve read where some voters click the button for Romney and it comes up Obama. Goodness, can’t we trust anything anymore?? I will be a very sad person if O should win. I hope God knows what is best for this country and will help us out.
I received this via email and decided to share it with y’all.
ONE MINUTE EACH NIGHT—————
During WWII, there was an advisor to Churchill who organized a group of people who dropped what they were doing every night at a prescribed hour for one minute to collectively pray for the safety of England, its people and peace. This had an amazing effect as bombing stopped.
There is now a group of people organizing the same thing here in America.
If you would like to participate: each evening at 9:00 PM Eastern Time (8:00 PM Central, 7:00 PM Mountain, 6:00 PM Pacific), stop whatever you are doing and spend one minute praying for the up-coming election, and for the revival of Christianity in this great country.
If you know anyone who would like to participate, please pass this along.
Someone said if people really understood the full extent of the power we have available through prayer, we might be speechless. Our prayers are the most powerful asset we have.
Thank you, Amy!
