I’m just north of Paso Robles...nice shake.

I haven’t been drinking, so, I knew it was an earthquake.

Too far away, but map says it’s a 5.3.

Merced County. Hardly ever feel quakes here. In fact, my insurance agent says he sells very little EQ insurance here.

I was lying in bed reading and felt a pretty good jolt. Enough to make me consider getting up and putting clothes on in case it was a foreshock.

Yup, felt several little jolts. First thought it was just a rumbling in my stomach or maybe something wrong with my chair, but finally decided it was a quake. Sheila didn’t feel a thing.
