Police: Man caught peeping into home charged with trespassing

Jacksonville, FL — Jacksonville police arrest a man on trespassing charges after he's caught peeping into a home just south of Bayard. Police say James Lowery was looking into the window of a home on Forest Stump Lane, just south of Bayard, Sunday evening.
