I used to get *RWH* too...and discovered that if I sip a lot of ice water between sips of red....the headache never develops....seems to dilute the tannins. Either that, or don’t drink half of grape products produced....that’s a depressing thought. :(
Ya know,,,,, I can eat grapes with no problems. But then I only eat a few at a time.
