"Feds, need to look at the off duty officer but quick, once NYPD get there hands on her the story can take a 360 in a n.y. minute."
Yep -- now the off-duty officer in the backseat is claiming that she was asleep the whole time until the shot went off.

The original story said the officer in backseat was asleep/drunk.
The witness in passaenger seat said nypd were cursing at them during pull over. The officer had a history of cursing out people (prior lawsuits per press).
I believe the nypd officer and his gang murdered the guy..
Just another day in New York City, eh?
The cop who gunned down Polanco offered a different account, according to a source familiar with what he told colleagues. Detective “Hassam Hamdy” said he pulled the trigger after the Queens man reached down for something that turned out to be a yellow-and-black power drill, the source said.
Wonder if this was a racial attack....a Hispanic man gunned down by a Muslim...or Black Muslim?
NYPD story sounds real fishy
Shouldn't the headline be: "Muslim NYPD Detective Murders Motorist"?
Lets see this POS explain to a jury why anyone in Polanco's position would reach for a power drill.
This particular NYPD unit NEVER does car stops. Ever. For them to pull this guy over he must have been driving like an absolute lunatic. And this is not a back country road we're talking about.
The off-duty cop is a criminal herself who is on her way to being fired. She is technically still employed but she does not have a gun or shield. Can't trust her at all.
As for the shooting I can't say what happened. If he reached under the seat, then he reached. The cops were definitely warranted to have their guns out if they had to pull the car over in the first place. But that's all I can say at this point.
I believe the cop. I mean, that's the first thing I do whenever I get pulled over, reach for my DeWalt drill to show the officer.
Grand jury failed to indict the cop...Polancos mother sued...lawsuit was just settled...
