Good Morning America weather anchor Sam Champion and his longtime boyfriend Rubem Robierb are engaged to be married. We are thrilled and so excited and thank everyone for their good wishes, Champion said. Ive never been happier to share a bit of personal news, he tweeted.
Champion and Robierb met through mutual friends a few years ago in Miami, where Robierb lives. Robierb, who was born in Brazil, is a fine-arts photographer who shows his work in Miami, Atlanta, Santa Monica and New York. The two plan to wed later this year possibly on New Year's Eve.

Not everybody that gets married has kids. This world is over populated anyways. We should not be looking to compete with China in this department.
She already chose.

” ...not moving us forward.”
I consider this a “tell.”
I don’t give a damn if two women or two men want to engage in sodomy in private, but don’t refer to it as marriage—it can be a “civil union”, it can be a “butt-party”, it can be a “homo-coupling” -call it anything you like, but it ISN’T “marriage”, and if those who demand it BE referred to as “marriage” keep up this ignorant, intolerant rant, it becomes more and more obvious that the comment is more “political” than emotional.
“lean forward” if you wish, Ohiobelle, but quit co-opting language to suit perverted stances.
Who has the authority to call out the kitties?
I really, REALLY hope that you’re under age 25. (I’d like to say 21, but that would be optimistic.)
If you’re any older than 25, you are lost, and it will only be all the more difficult for you as time goes on.
You are making an assumption that marriage should be any two people. Who are you to judge those who wish to live in polygamy, for example? You are not adhering to your own standards. You would define marriage as any two people. Your definition also discriminates against some people. Why would you limit marriage to just two?
On the one hand, you say that nobody has a right to tell anyone who they can or can’t marry, but on the other hand, you apparently want to see marriage defined in a certain way. Those who wish to preserve traditional marriage also want to see marriage defined in a certain way. You have a lot in common with the marriage traditionalists.
Your Mommy is calling you. It’s time to put on your jammies and snuggle with Buddy Bear.
So if my mother and I decide to marry each other, you would have no problem with that?
This is NOT an issue of "rights". There is no "right" to marry.
Marriage is classically an obligation two people undertook prior to engaging in activity likely to yield children.
A homosexual couple cannot possibly produce children; therefore, the concept of "marriage" of two homosexuals is null and void.
Name calling hahaha. Let me give you some ammo. I am so far right that I can’t even see the center anymore. However... I could careless if women get abortions but I am not paying for it! I don’t hug a bible I don’t own, and believe me when I say the 2nd amendment will always have my back! Most importantly we have no right to judge others because they choose same sex relationships!!
Like most normal people, I don't want to think about it. It's the kind of thing that creeps out normal people, especially children who are naturally - - instinctively - - creeped out by homosexuality, despite all the best efforts of the liberal Democrat government schools to change human nature.
You'll have to ask a homo.
Well dear Ohiobelle, these two can fornicate all they like. marriage is a sacrement between a man and a woman.
Perverts can come up with whatever they want as long as it is not called marriage.
There has not been a civilization yet that has survived sexual licentiousness. Homosexual "marriage" is not the cause of the decline of Western civilization, but it is a symptom and in the big picture this will not end well. Marriage is about a lot more than who you like.
If you have info to the contrary I'd love to see your source...
Marriage is between two people that love eachother. So twins can marry each other? What about triplets? And what age limits ought to exist? And who decides? You? What makes you so special?
