The original release of They're coming to take me away ha haa didn't have a flip side and the guy only recorded one song. So the engineers simply cut the song backwards & it became the flip side. I think I still have it somewhere.
The only song non military I remember in basic was by Steam I think Kiss him good bye and we were allowed it in the final days of training LOL.
