ST. CLOUD, Minn. (WCCO) - A 20-year-old St. Cloud man has died from injuries sustained after being punched by an unknown attacker.
According to St. Cloud Police, Colton Ryan Gleason was in an alleyway between 8th and 9th Avenues South. The victim was walking south with a group of friends when a four-door, mid-to-full-size passenger car, which was driving north up the alley, stopped. One of the occupants got out of the car and punched Gleason.
I would not say that I’m afraid of blacks at all. I’m aware many are prone to violence. Lift weights, learn to fight, and pack heat.
Not surprising at all. Maybe the assailant distracted the victim by first asking for directions, or something like that.
Awhile back I read about a black belt who was walking through a park. He was momentarily distracted by a thug, then beat up pretty bad. You've got to keep you guard up always, but anyone can be distracted.
From the comments, it looks like Freepers are not the only ones that are on to the media’s reporting games.
I hope they catch the SOB.

Rather shocking, considering where it happened and the politics of people in that area...
My husband’s best friend was randomly murdered in Minneapolis a few years ago. He was walking his girlfriend to the car after dinner at a restaurant and was hit in the head by a stray bullet. The shooter ran past, still firing his gun in the air. Total thug violence.
The killer was 19 and already had an arrest record for violence. Never should have been walking around. He is spending the rest of his life without parole behind bars.
The most senseless tragedy that has ruined many lives. I feel for this young man’s family.
I just interviewed a kid who grew up in St Cloud. He said the entire area is circling the diversity sewer.

Looks like a lot of people are getting fed up with the violent, racial hatred motivated criminal behavior of the Gang Bangers “ keep’en it real” and the way the media selectively reports about, makes excuses for and and covers up for these criminals.
Is it possible even the very liberal are getting fed up with the behavior of the monster they have created now that the monster is open about it's racist, hate justified and driven violent behavior and is emboldened by the media's sympathetic spin and excuse making for their vicious, unprovoked random sneak attacks on innocent and unsuspecting people of all different races?
Where I live it’s N FL residential/urban blight. I was hanging out at a spot where people sometimes gather for sundowners at the end of the day, and the neighbors boy came riding on his bicycle, wearing a big shiner.
I asked how we got it, and he tried to tell me that he fell... I was tempted to ask what, on a doorknob?
I told him well you need to learn how to fall, and started showing him some of the techniques for absorbing the shock when you fall... he asked where I learned that, and I told him a little bit about my martial arts background back to the 70’s. He thought that was cool.
Long story short, now he, his brothers, and a couple neighborhood kids are showing up for free martial arts class... it just kinda happened.
I have an unusual teaching style... For instance, when the homo activist editor of the Atlantic magazine published an op ed that said all Boy Scouts should be killed, I read it to the boys, and then mentioned that the FBI said that most homicidal pervs attack young children by strangling them...So, today’s lesson is going to be all about defending yourself against a neck grab.
And like that... making them warriors for what the world will be a decade from now...BTW you guessed it... I’m bookmarking this article for class too.
When they figure out the underlying theory behind something, the eyes get all wide open and they have this Ah Ha moment and that’s the best... but they can wear you out, too.
Neighbors got real suspicious and kept asking me how much I was charging to teach the kids and I said nothing. Even the parents seem to think that was a little weird, so I said fine, I like to eat, bring me food, if you make too much for supper, send me a care package.
I have no insurance, there’s probably some legal reason why I shouldn’t be doing it, but I don’t care. I feel a helluva lot more useful. And unfortunately, in this world, I’m dead certain it’ll come in handy for these kids.

Surprising to me. Stranger jumps out of a car comes towards me, he better stop the ten feet or so away that I WILL tell him to stop and state his business, or he’s gonna get dropped when he gets any closer...it really is that simple. ESPECIALLY in an alley. If the account is correct, the poor young guy assumed he was safe. God bless him, he was an innocent, for sure.
Problem is, if you drop the first guy, his buddies will swarm you. And if you are walking home from a bar, you probably are not carrying a gun, anyway.
RIP.
Yeah. If the victim was my son, he’d get justice alright.
