It’s his celebrity and political past that have drawn his groupies. He’s really not a guy with high morals, the concept of being a faithful husband is something he clearly does not recognize, and the truth to him is somewhere between the meaning of the word “is” and “I didn’t have sex with that woman.” The word “lecherous” applies here. Yet the democrat party idolizes him, as they will idolize Obama in years to come, no matter what he does personally (hobnobbing with celebrities while the Middle East burns) or to our nation.
What in the heck do her letters to him prove unless she has the answers as well. And, if she sent them to him, why does she still have them.
Monica, just go away. Take the Clintons with you.
To me, that statement raises a very serious question: What if, instead of sending her recorded Lewinsky conversations to Ken Starr, Linda Tripp had chosen to secretly offer them for sale, say, to the Chinese government? Or to the Russians? Or even to agents of Saddam?
What kind of blackmail leverage would those tapes have provided to a foreign government in dealing with America on sensitive trade, security or military issues? One of the few things Clinton ever said that I believe is that he would have done anything to keep the Lewinsky affair secret. Given his demonstrated track record of selling out American interests for personal or political gain (and there are more examples that I could have cited here), how far would he have gone in compromising America’s real interests in order to protect his own neck when threatened with blackmail?
Pretty far, I believe. Equally distressing is the prospect Clinton might, in fact, have succumbed to foreign black mail on other occasions in order to hide different sexual episodes that ultimately did not become public. There is no way to know, of course, but I prefer presidents for whom such a scenario is not a plausible possibility.
Yes, Clinton is a scumbag, but so is the tramp Monica.

How embarrassing this entire episode was for all of us....but not Clinton. There was no shame for him, just denial and lies. Monica was not a mature young woman, and he took advantage of that.
Hillary knew, and she knew about all of the others. It is incredible that these two still want to be in the limelight.
No matter what the critics say about George W., he and Laura represented our country with class, especially in comparison to the Clinton’s.
