For many months now, Chick-fil-As corporate giving has been mischaracterized. And while our sincere intent has been to remain out of this political and social debate, events from Chicago this week have once again resulted in questions around our giving. For that reason, we want to provide some context and clarity around who we are, what we believe and our priorities in relation to corporate giving. For a better understanding of our corporate giving, please see the attached document titled Chick-fil-A: Who We Are. This is the same document provided and referred to in coverage surrounding Chicago

Maybe because we’ve been let down so many times in the past. That’s why I want a DIRECT RESPONSE. IF they refuse that, then I (and millions of others) will have doubt.
The DIRECT RESPONSE has been to reissue their ‘Who We Are’ statement from months ago... and NOTHING has changed.

WinShape is one of the so called ‘anti-gay’ groups that GLAAD and others demanded that we stop supporting.
Unluckily for them, WinShape is a non-profit started by my family. We not abandon this organization or it’s principles.
Sincerely,
Dan Cathy

I’m afraid that is as close as you’re going to get. Stop watching and reading the MSM if you are going to allow them to depress you over nothing.
Thank you for the nice message - do you have a link to it and is it current (within the past week)?
