Don't know if this belongs here, but with all the dispiriting news as well as much doom and gloom, thought this might brighten the day for some.
It did me.
Predict this young lady will be signed by Friday and will be seeing/hearing much more from her....whomever she is
Whitney is gone, but maybe someone has come along to keep her musical talent alive?

While I am NO fan of singers adding dozens of extra notes to songs, that girl is amazing.
I think her voice is every bit as good as Houstons’ was. She has a few more videos on youtube.
I too, am glad you posted it. I wish her well, she has certainly been blessed with an amazing voice.

And now they replace the female "The Voice" of Whitney Houston with this girl.
This girl nailed it. Just from this recording, I'd say she has a gift, and I hope she is able to use it and share it.

Anybody who went to the clubs in Olongapo before the volcano eruption can attest to the singing, and playing, abilities of the PI residents.
There were some amazing bands around back in the 80's when I was there.

Almost one million hits in 3 days.........It looks like she's lip-syncing but it could just be the Youtube video.
If she sounded that good on a crappy Chinese made Karaoke mic and speaker; No doubt recorded by a cell phone, just imagine if she had some proper equipment backing up those pipes.
Btw......I noticed an awful lot of floor cleaning was needed in the wine aisle behind the singer. What's up with that? /s
