So many scooters and cars just zipping by them like they weren’t there. The old man likely would have been hit if he tried that on his own. Wish every person was kind like that lady.

Touching yes, but it appears he was jaywalking.

I saw an elderly lady cross the intersection twice last week while I was out walking my 2 mile course. BOTH times she walked while having a red light. I guess crossing on a green light was foreign to her. The first time all of the cars waited patiently. The second time one of the cars blew the horn at her. I mentioned to her that she walked twice against the red light and the drivers here in town were likely to hit her. She said it was ok. She didn't appear crazy, but was risking her life here in Glendale California. MANY bad drivers in the city.
