I have noticed that there is a SEVERE lack of "Presidential" campaign signs in my area. NOTHING like it was in 2008. I mean......I don't even see bumper stickers of support for either candidate.
When I drive through the Black neighborhoods to picks up my kids.....nothing. No Obama signs.
Other parts of town......nothing.
Not even bumper stickers.
I think people are TRULY afraid. This is TRULY CREEPY!
There is a great family around the corner, bless their hearts, who have a sign that says "Vote Like Your Freedoms Depend On It". And I smile every time I pass it.......but NOTHING else.
I think people are afraid. Afraid to voice their opinion because of retaliation.
I NEVER thought we would become a country like this. But, here we are.

God I need to spuellchec...AFRAID... ;)
I’ve got a bet with a black friend for a fifth of Hennesey on the election. Lost that bet 4 years ago.
Here’s the kicker. He’ll bet on the man, but doesn’t plan to vote for him. Can’t bring himself to bote for romney, though.
Only one sign within 80 miles or so on the Rockies.
Me, too, mylife. Me, too. I am soooo frightened for my children.
THAT was good ;)
I live in Orange County, California and I will be putting up a Romney/Ryan sign tomorrow. I already have two local race signs up. I live on a corner in our track and most people have to drive by to go in and out of the track so the signs get good coverage.
It’s getting almost surreal at this point, with the embassy riots and the fed reserve putting the pedal down on the road to fiscal ruin.
At long last, I ‘FINALLY’ spotted a Romney/Ryan yard sign. Only one to date. No Obama sign. I still have yet to encounter a Romney bumper-sticker, but I’ve been keeping my eyes peeled for one. Never have I seen such an incredible dearth of election signage. It’s really amazing, compared to years past.
I chalk it up to two things, for my corner of Texas: Obama is truly despised in my area, yet nobody really ‘likes’ Romney. Nobody I talk to really seems ginned up by the election at all, compared to even the last mid-terms. Hard to even get a conversation going. Everyone is rather dour.
Get him drunk and take him to the polls! LOL!
I live in a small town and there are no political signs, posters, or bumper stickers at all, except for my Gadsden Flag on my flag pole just below the American Flag.
No one talks about politics, but many are going to the movie 2016.
LOL! So did I. In fact, I proudly posted my Palin sticker until our Tea Party candidate won the U.S. Senate primary in April and stickers became available in July.
Nice, I have $500.00 on the line with my father-in-law, an old-school Postal Service retiree with a $130,000.00 per year federal pension that he’s been collecting since 1997.
He is sharp as a tack, but all he can harp on is “Republicans and their wars are breaking the damned country.”
Where do you start? So, I just bet the man.
The only place we could lease on a short term basis for our campaign headquarters is in a strip center next to a Black Christian church. Our suburban area is very white and very conservative but it borders on an area that is primarily populated by Blacks. We have already decided there will be at least 3 of us at all times and we will not be open after dark. Ordered a whole bunch of bumper stickers to sell but nothing that has anything negative about Obama other than one that does have an empty chair. Lots of “Vote Conservative” themes. I did put one small patch on my rear bumper last week that says “Texas, One State Under God”. It has already been keyed twice.
Quite a change in alert level from the previous times we have done this in 2008 and 2010.
I’m in Ohio and am curious, how does one become a delegate? I’m sure it’s not the same process between states, but is likely very similar.
I took my kids the the barber the other day. Love the peeps there. They LOVE to talk politics.....like they do at barbers since the beginning of time.
They told me there was a fight that broke out between a two women. One who LOVED Obama.....and one who did not.
They had to kick them out of the establishment.
Lots of Obama bumper stickers, BTW—all on cars driven by women. But only one sign (Romney) in the lot of a business owned by a man I’m acquainted with.
When you are running against the first black President , it takes a bit of courage to display Republican campaign signs.
Obama son’s are roaming the streets looking for trouble, so not suprising you dont see that many signs.

“Both are socialists” ...
Quite a number of folks agree with that. So why does
it seem that the MSM backs Obama overwelmingly?
