My facebook page is lighting up with my crazy lib friends all over Paul Ryan on his marathon run time. Can someone help me with an argument. What happened here?
I agree, like the marathon time is goin to pay our bills...
tell them for the won to quit giving muslim countres like egypt money..for debt relief...we borrow money we dont have from china, and give it to countries that want to destroy us and our way of life..that is what doesn’t make any since at all.....

He issued a statement. He said he messed up, and then made fun of himself (as his brother did). At the time of the interview he said he hadn’t ran a marathon for 20 years because of back problems caused by a slipped disc.
I believe that most marathon races have websites with the times posted. You can tell them that you can probably go check the official record, but tell them that Ryan has spent a few million dollars to have the race records sealed.
Lance Armostrong ran a sub three hour marathon, but he was probably on the juice.
Whatever the “issue” is just call it a composite of his runs. What exactly are they hysterical about.
Ask them if they remembered that Kerry claimed to have run the Boston Marathon when he never did. If the answer is no then tell you’ll ignore this one as well.
Ryan has a six-pack. So he's in pretty good shape.
Obama brags about his basketball prowess. Yet he can't dunk a basketball. It was in Maranes’s book. That he was the only kid on the basketball team that couldn't dunk.
Obama isn't that great of a golfer for someone that plays all the time.
Obama said he had a numeracy problem (google it). When he said 57 states and 10,000 people killed in a tornado.

When I was in college I was a sprinter and hurdler. We had a bunch of good distance runners but none of them were really world class.
I do remember they finally got to run in a marathon and every single one ran sub 3 hours.
It is not an issue.
Ryan ran a marathon twenty years a go, and when asked about it didn’t give the correct run time.
So what?

Ask them which is more likely, Ryan’s run time or Obama’s lowering the sea level?
