One of the best of the Anthony Mann-directed Jimmy Stewart westerns of the 1950s. Love the scene at the beginning when Stewart tosses the guns to the two cowboys. It's definitely one of his grittier roles.
Jimmy Stewart...he didn’t just make movies about war heroes.
He was a war hero.
Fine actor, handsome, moral family man.
American icon.

I like the part at the end where the riderless horse walks down the street and ensuing shoot-out.
