Do you have a Denver area list of theaters that will show it?
“Thanks, no. I’m still not going to vote for a liberal.”
What does that have to do with going to see a movie?
It was the attitude of “we have to go to the middle and abandon our base” that got us McLame/Palin ticket. And now we are once again being forced to swallow RINO/Conservative.
Same crap, same ticket, different election.
I am a conservative who happens to be registered Republican. If the GOP wants my vote, they can put a conservative at the head of the ticket. Until then, I will vote for conservatives. Since during this election, the GOP has decided that they neither want nor need my vote, I will use my vote to impact my state’s Major/Minor party rules and vote for the Constitution Party.
Besides, 4 more years of Obama opposed in the House and Senate, or 8 years of the other socialist with no one to oppose his agenda.
There is a list of theaters at the ‘2016’ movie website...looks like it is opening at a couple of Denver-area theaters this coming weekend.
Its either Venezuela in four years or in eight. Fast or slow socialism is still socialism. I will not vote for either socialist.
It’s in Arizona next week. I shall see it then!
Yes, I saw it Anchorage, Alaska last week and just about the exact same scenario. A smattering of applause gained momentum and then pretty much everybody applauding (maybe 75 people, or so).
Tried to see it in Chicago this week (yes, it was playing on multiple screens in Chicago, no less), but they pulled it on Friday night for mass appeal movies. I've been recommending it to everybody. It is one of those movies/documentaries that builds during the hour and a half, with a very strong conclusion.
Folks, another four years of Obama is certain communism because the guy is still fighting colonialism. I finally understand why the statute of Winston Churchill was returned to Britain, not that I agree in the slightest.
If you’ve gone Galt, then git... stop bothering us with your high principles... by the way, have you ever lusted after a woman, ever broke the speed limit, ever curse out loud or to yourself, ever cheat in any manner of form, do you now or have you ever hated, ever wished you could kill someone, ever been the first to cast a stone, ever stolen, ever cheated on your taxes, ever harmed your neighbor, ever broken one of the ten commandments, ever slandered someone, ever smoked pot, cigarettes, chewed baccy, drank beer, spit, picked or ever been crude, rude or socially unacceptable? Take your principles shuffle em around and do the right thing, vote a Romney Ryan ticket or just go home and frame your principles and look at them for the next four years.
You might want to learn the difference between principles and morals.

Oh, thats right, "Next election, we`ll show`em true Conservative principles." WHAT A LAUGH!
Refer to post # thirty, patriot.
And you too!
And you can refer to post # 30 too.
My son was most affected by the film clip of the indoctrination of a California youth chorus w/elementary school age children singing "yes, we can, can, can".
He walked away with a new appreciation for what this country stands for and the dangers we face. Both he and I recommend this film, as Dinesh approaches this topic from a very personal angle and manages to piece together a few more pieces to the puzzle. Not all the pieces, but a few important pieces I would not / have not considered before.
I wish this film was available for viewing online or available for purchase. A lot of folks are unaware of this film and are unlikely to look for it with the limited advertising and limited screenings planned thus far.
At this point it’s a question of whether we want there to even BE a “next election”. Romney may be a slow cold that turns to pneumonia and kills us a year from now, but Obama is a gunshot wound to the atrium that will kill us in 8 seconds if we give him the chance.
With those options, I’m not real concerned about drinking only pure vitamin C. Pure vitamin C is nice and all but it’s not going to save me from what I’m up against at this point. I could feel really good about myself while I drink my pure vitamin C but I and my children are going to be just as dead the day after I drink my vitamin C as if I had drunk arsenic.
I agree with you, that we can’t just keep letting the R’s screw us over and over again. At some point we have to win back the Republican party, or ditch it. But right now, like you, I’ll be plugging my nose and voting for Paul Ryan. Because if I don’t, I fear there won’t ever be another election.
Well if Obama takes Texas’ Electoral College votes you can be real proud of your ideological purity.
We saw it last weekend here in Dallas. The theater was mostly full, primarily with those over 50. The most telling moment to me, besides the applause at the end, was when Dinesh was citing Obama’s intention to reduce our nuclear arsenal down to 300, there were audible shouts “No!!”
I am anxious for it to come out on DVD and on-demand, so people who might be unwilling to go public by going to the theater will privately watch.
Incidentally, if you didn’t see this CBS Boston website reviewer, take a look: http://boston.cbslocal.com/2012/08/17/2016-obamas-america-movie-is-disturbingly-necessary/
That’s right: BOSTON!!!
