Southern California has its seasons fire, fog, floods, and fracking quakes.
Even if the quakes can be predicted twenty minutes ahead, what will that do ? It’s still going to happen.
Unless buildings are already built to quake standard what does knowing for a few minutes before get you?
Just wondering
