Yup!
Bad way to go, no matter who it is. 71 is too young to die, these days.
Sorry for her death. The “Big L” is tough on you before it kills you. Hope she had her affairs in order with the Lord.
Bless her and her family.
BUT, I never heard of her. How is this national news?

And then there was this (from IMDB.com):
Mark Forman: It’s just that there’s no door to the kitchen.
Contractor Laszlo: The back door.
Mark Forman: The back door. Yes. It’s true. You can get into the kitchen... through the back door. This, we know is a kitchen. But you can’t get inside the house from the kitchen! Now, how the f*** did this happen?
Rachel Samstat: Mark. For God’s sake. Laszlo, we thought that you could put a door here.
Contractor Laszlo: She’s a piece of cake. He’s a piece of cake.
Rachel Samstat: It’s a piece of cake.
Contractor Laszlo: You are Hungarian?
Rachel Samstat: No. You are Hungarian.
Contractor Laszlo: Yes.
Rachel Samstat: Yes. Hungarians have no pronouns.
Mark Forman: Apparently they don’t have f***ing doors, either.
Contractor Laszlo: She is very angry at me.
Rachel Samstat: He is very angry at you. Yes.
She’s written and/or directed a lot of popular films.
You have never heard of Sleepless in Seattle or You’ve Got Mail? If you haven’t then you have missed two good movies. If you need a good laugh and enjoy movies about dating and relationships I recommend you rent these.
I like 'The Shop Around the Corner' (1940) better though.
I recently saw Bernstein’s wife at an event. She was just as Ephron described her - amazingly tall with the biggest feet of any woman I ever saw.
RIP, Nora. You weren’t the greatest director but you wrote some funny books back in the 1970s.
The word classic gets tossed around a bit loosely these days.
AMC (American Movie Classics now shows Predator).
