Not only is Sasndusky evil, he's a total, arrogant fool. He knew he was guilty and his lawyer told him he was likely to be found guilty. At that point he should have realized the jig was up and he had to choose a quick, not too hard, immediate death or living in pure hell and terror for the rest of his miserable life, which another con is likely to end with a shank, just as Jeffrey Dahmer’s life was ended.

That wouldn't happen. He might get whacked some day but people like Sandusky adapt very well to prison. Life sentence is usually no punishment at all to these people.

The human capacity to adapt is not limited by virtue. Victor Frankl's celebrated ability to adapt to the concentration camp is no greater than the ability of a Sandusky to adapt to life 'inside'.

Jst saw your comment. Right on. Clinically, every rapist in prison will tell you he was a sex abuse victim himself. He has been trained to say this by social workers. It is frequently not true.

There is no way she did not know this was going on. On another thread they were talking about the look she gave him on the stand. She knew, she just was willing to turn a blind eye, probably because she liked the status of being this guys wife.
