It was suggested that I should post this in the public forum instead of keeping it in Freepmail.
The monster who raped me is coming before the board of parole again. Every 3 years.
I ask that anyone who may have a reason to want him to stay behind bars, please consider writing the board (by email) expressing their thoughts about his release. He is a 5-time felon. The attack happened in Texas, the day before Thanksgiving, 1990. He broke 6 locks on my front door.
When he was raping me, he made it clear to me that I would not be his last victim. He told me that if I helped prosecute him, he would kill me when he was released. He also assured me that he would never again leave a witness. He told me he would kill next time because he wouldn't allow himself to be put back in prison.
I am blessed that I wasn't killed. I thank God every day for that blessing.
He is a five-time felon. Each one of his crimes was progressively worse than the one before. His attack on me was brutal. During the attack, he took every opportunity to make me feel inferior. He justified his attack by claiming I deserved it because of the way I dressed.
It's been 22 years since he attacked me, yet it feels like it was yesterday. I will always feel fear; I will always worry about my own children being attacked. I will always worry that he is around the corner waiting to kill me. I will always feel the need to watch over my shoulder. Please help me convince the board to not release him. Please help me convince them to make him serve his life sentence. Please help me keep them from releasing another sexual predator on the innocent.
Before they caught him, he ran to Florida to escape. I believe no state is safe from this monster.
IMO, there is no rehabilitation possible for such a one.
I have no evidence to the contrary.
Logic demands that he be denied release, ever!

My advice?Get a gun, if they let him out and he shows up, shoot him. Quit being terrified and get some marksmanship training, take control.
He comes within 1 vote of release every time. His first hearing was in 2005 since I proved he used a weapon against me and I feared he would kill me...he had to do 1/4 of a Texas life sentence before he was eligible. Now it’s every 3 years.
I hope you have communicated this to the parole board. BTW, what was his sentence?
I second that.
Calling in the prayer warriors, trussell..
I have one and a CCL. I have training, but not recent. Ammo and range time are out of reach at the moment. I am looking for work, it’s been hard to find anything with the current economy. (Thanks NObama)
My heart and hat are tipped in your direction. First I am so sorry to hear what you had to go threw. May God keep you strong and filled with his peace that passes all understanding. I applaud you for having the strength to share with us your story.
Please send me a private IM with his name and I will gladly email the board...................God bless
God bless you!
Anything that I could do to help you I would do!
Just know that the FReepers love you and wish the best for you.
I can say no more, words are simply not adequate.
I have, every time. His sentence was 85 years, but it was reduced to 60 since a life sentence in Texas is 60 years.
Thank you so much!!!
Send me the info. I would indeed send a letter. It will take me a day or two tho.
I am sorry for your attack. I am gladdened to see you are a survivor.
Private reply sent. Thank you so much
Would you write a letter to the board? I would be grateful for any letter that may help keep him in!
Yes!
Thank you
My advice to you .... if they grant him a release get as much public light and scrutiny on this as you can. Take your story to the local TV stations, Facebook, radio stations, whatever. Politicians HATE to have any sunshine bearing down on their despicable actions and would probably cringe at the thought of being outed as sympathetic to a brutal rapist.
And please don't be ashamed. Go into detail of what he did and everyone will be on your side.
Best of luck, sweetheart.
