Gretchen Carlson walked off the set of 'Fox and Friends' today after her co-cost Brian Kilmeade made a sexist comment. Having just watched a segment on the U.S. Navy Sea Chanters presented by third host Steve Doocy, he ended by informing the audience that the group was all-male until 1980. Amused by that fact, Kilmeade joked, 'Women are everywhere. We're letting them play golf and tennis now. It's out of control.'

I don’t know who to root for in this case- the guy who can’t keep his trap in check, or the woman who can’t hold her own against him.
Get over it Gretchen! You and Brian are on the good guys team. Please adopt a sense of humor and get off the political correctness kick!
This happened yesterday.
She was back on the show today.
I’m a woman and I kinda think that’s funny.
Gretchen might be a wee bit full of herself. Dang, it’s called sarcasm.
I can't imagine anyone missed the humor ...
My thoughts exactly. The WOMEN want to be treated “equally” and then they act like little whining GIRLS. Obviously Brian was making a joke, which I would have laughed at had I been sitting there. I guess that’s the advantage of getting older and having so few hormones left.
I didn’t know Carlson had such a stick up her ass.
Good grief. I don’t even regard that as sexist. Sorta dumb remark, but they are always making dumb remarks. You hear a lot dumber listenening to sports.
I hope she walked off the set to go and make some sandwiches.
Whooptido over nothing, he’s said much worst in the past, as has BA. I’d say what I really think, but it’s Friday....and early.
Oh, good grief. So if some woman makes a sexist comment (like my wife does all the time), my feelings as a man are going to be hurt, and I’ll just have to walk off and have a good sob. Waaahhhhh!!! The fact is, my wife and I are constantly hurling sexist barbs at each other and laughing about it as we make them. Some people (1) have to get a sense of humor and (2) get over themselves.
Women are everywhere Brian? How many nights have you spent alone? Huh?
It looks like she was joking, too. All in good fun, it seems.
I think Grethen played it ... it’s good theater.
Even though I only see the first 30 minutes of the F&F program before leaving for work, I have zero doubt that Carlson will be voting for zero - again.
Carlson very much has the politically correct mindset.
this was a joke by Kilmeade and that's the way Carlson took it
No one was offended
It's part of Kilmeade's regular humor
.
That Gretchen didn’t die from irony as she walked off the set is proof that it cannot actually kill.
