YORBA LINDA (CBS) An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 4.1 struck in Orange County Wednesday night.
The temblor was centered two miles north of Yorba Linda at 8:17 p.m., according to the USGS.
The quake was felt as far away as Long Beach and the Inland Empire
Expected. It is the Earthquake Season in Southern Cal. It comes before the Fire Season.
NO wonder the place's cursed.
Three DAYS?
Boy, MY dog is slow, then...
Yup.
Actually, we’re the dumb animals.
THAT is a given.
Well then, I'll be. I expected the quake to hit real soon...not hours later!!! That dog needs a bone, or something! :)
Me as well ... felt nothing.
I felt it in La Habra, Calif.
Give her a raw bloody steak...don’t be such a skinflint.
:)
If I had one, I think I would. That poor kid...she wanted to crawl into our skin this afternoon.
Didn’t feel a thing here in the I.E. , pass area. 4.1, not too much to write home about. Just hope it’s not a precursor.
After living in Alaska for seven years, if things are not tumbling down, tis no big deal.
1969-76 we lived in rural AK, one could hear the quakes rumbling a few seconds before they hit. We had no TV, so evenings were pretty quite with most all reading. When first heard in the winter, kids would start betting if it was a quake or a snow slide on the mountain. (the slides often got pretty loud and jarring)
Miss all still miss those times in AK.
Awwwwwww.....:(
Mine want to “attack” loud noises...which is kinda pointless, if ya think about it.
I almost wish she was like that, instead. I really REALLY want my fearless dog back...
Orange, CA - BANG, like someone bumping into the desk, then a pause, followed by a decent shake for maybe 5 seconds. One of those where you have time to wonder how big it’ll get. Not enough to get the chandeliers swinging, however.

Go report it. Pleeeeeeeeze?
Just put in your zip code, not the whole address, unless you want the peeps watching you. :)
Felt it in theater in Huntington Beach, named ironically “Bella Terra.”
Done. Thanks.
Cool!!
I even did one for my DOG who sensed it hours before it struck.
“Someone” will probably be shaking their head in wonder over THAT report!!
;)
My post #36.
Go report it. :)
