In Firefox I put my width (or height) at the end of the URL after the " " and it works just fine to reduce the size of a picture and keep it in proportion; as far as loading goes, a smaller size certainly will help:

Would it be too much to ask if you could post about 20-30 more pictures? And could you make it full body shots as well as head shots. And oh yeah, could you mix it up with blondes as well as redheads? And bathing suits, bikinis?
