Big Data. Are You Ready?
Big data can offer big business benefits, but are you ready to acquire, organize, access, and analyze it?

However, this data has not always been readily accessible or integrated in enterprise data warehouses and business intelligence applications.
Until now. Oracle offers a complete portfolio of products that enable you to acquire, organize, and analyze big data alongside traditional enterprise data for immediate business value.

Went to an OTN event last week, and they are very interested in talking to people from government, incidentally.
So much you can do with Big Data!

wow. those dots sure connected fast. even a dead man couldn’t avoid noticing the repeated shout-outs the oracle drones were giving to government attendees.
Cool! I start investing in Big Privacy, Lifelock and Albine.com are cheap...;)
the only means to privacy (imho and it’s a very naive one) would be to absolutely flood the system with random information.
Or do they?
Or do they just think they know that?
Buzzwords...
Yeah, but SAP does it much, much better.
They make products that are simply unbelievable as far as what type of monitoring and data mining can be done. And yes, The Gubmint is a very big customer.
I have raised privacy concerns but these seem to fall on deaf ears.
that's reassuring.
