The picture doesnt make sense. Old timey print? That tan printing that was done, oh maybe forty years ago?

Very out of style 15 to 20 years ago when the pic was purported to be taken.

Fifteen or twenty years ago the pics all have no edges and we were coming out of the era of buffed prints into the era of shiny big color prints.

Somebody is playing with the print to achieve a certain goal.

It looks like an area in Hawaii that we passed on the way to town form the airport....shack after shack after shack.

The all of a sudden, you see the "tourist area" ahead....bustling with folks ready to take every cent you have.

But we had a good time becausae we were with the very best of friends.

Looks like it says KOA 103, so it very well could stand for Kenya.

I looked up Kenyan license plates and they don’t look like that.
