(WXYZ) - Stuart Chaifetz’s son, Akian is a 10-year-old boy who suffers from autism.

On his website , Chaifetz says his son has always been sweet and non-violent, so when he received notes from the school saying Akian was having violent outbursts and even hitting his teacher and aide, he was completely shocked.

Chaifetz says a behaviorist was called into the classroom a number of times, but the behaviorist had never witnessed any violent events.

In February, Chaifetz decided to take another route to figure out what was going on. He wired his son, sent him to school. The audio recordings he heard were completely disturbing.

He says the teacher and aide were the ones bullying his son.

Why oh WHY would ANYBODY send a special needs child to a government school collective?

The “public school”, including the “charter school”, is BY FAR, the largest, most expensive, most subversive, and most destructive entitlement program in the country.

The “public school”, including the “charter school”, is better understood as the “government school collective”.

It is silly to imagine that you can fix the public schools, because the very concept itself is communist.

Any child that comes out of the government school collective with their moral compass and common sense intact does so in spite of the government school indoctrination, not because of it.

If you want to win the culture war, have lots of children (see my tagline) and homeschool them or form your own school cooperative with your church or synagogue and like-minded friends and relatives.

Nobody loves your children more than you do.

Nobody can teach your children like you can.

Your children would love nothing better than to be taught by you, if you start doing so before they are corrupted by the government school collective.

It is hypocritical for you to submit your children to an authority with whom you fundamentally disagree. And your children will know it.

If you have children, make whatever sacrifices you must to get them out of the public schools.

DO NOT FEED THE BEAST!

Especially not with your own children.

And DO NOT TAKE GOVERNMENT “EDUCATION” MONEY!

He that pays the piper calls the tune, and that goes DOUBLE for any government “education” program.

There should be a mass firing as a result of this. The entire school district and several adjacent school districts should be emptied of employees — all pension rights severed — and then start again, with a batch of fresh recruits.

Arne Duncan had to send out a press release apologizing for the ABUSE of special needs children by government school employees, which had been shown by a DOE report to be EPIDEMIC - including abuse that resulted in death.

Anyone who sends a children to government school should be ASHAMED.

Found this in the comment section - unnbelievable......

Samuel Riddle...This video is clearly an attack on public education. Those teachers are over worked and they dont get any credit. Snyder is also at fault here for attacking teachers and union busting. What happened to giving union members the benefit of doubt? Havent all of you had bad days at work? Please lets keep the focus where it is...on the parents and the republicans.

Now, with that out of the way. My hats off to that Father because i would listen to about 5 minutes of that tape and I would be down at that school having a serious chat with a few of those so called educators.

I saw and did some research on this last night.

I also found the names of the two the father talks about. But I want pictures and names of all the administrators.

Letters need to be written. This behavior would be condemned at GITMO as torture.

Did you not understand that the poster was speaking sarcastically? You even posted the last part of the comment which makes this fact clear.

Leftist teachers whinning about “bullies” are the biggest bullies of all. Just like Black leftists whinning about racism are the biggest racists of all. And so political correctness goes.

*Why oh WHY would ANYBODY send a special needs child to a government school collective?*

Here's the skinny...many parent[s] of special needs kids are personally ill equipped to deal with their needy kids. Public schools are by-and-large a free day-care situation for the parents. Few and far between are the parents *helicopter* as they should over their kids schooling.

The teachers and the aides get away with *murder* in these classrooms.... many do not follow the child's IEP [which is against the law] but they get away with it b/c no one is checking on them. No one. Frequently, things run amok, and parents are not informed until the horse is out of the barn, and damage has been done.

Not all autistic students are high functioning; costs are astronomical; as much as $200000 a year per student: http://www.nytimes.com/2008/10/13/education/13autism.html?pagewanted=all

Actually - no. It sounded like it was written by a public school teacher. A Wisconsin public school teacher. It was believable. That's exactly how they talk. It's how they think.

Looks as if parents are wiring-up their kids, coast-to-coast. Good if that is what it takes.

One of the best High School teachers I had, made a point of recording every class he taught. He hung microphones from the ceiling tiles, and told the students that this was ‘his’ class, and he was recording ‘his’ class.

“Why, you ask? Because when you parents come to me, because you aren’t paying attention - and claim that a certain topic wasn’t covered in class, I’m going to play that tape for them”.

We had a lot of goof-offs in our school, and I was one of them. Nobody, but nobody acted up in Mr. Campbells class.

While that was a good idea ...for reasons of his classroom management and grading...I’m not sure if something *bad* happened [like a fight or stabbing] that it would holdup in a court of law.

It’s sad that pro-active teachers have to go this level to maintain their classrooms. Parents wouldn’t believe a seasoned teacher that their precious snowflake is F-up...without a recording?
