Okay...so each room that is used by the hooker, can be furnished with a desk, as an office for discussing details of the business to be conducted, a small bar also in the office to celebrate the deal, and a bed in one corner to consummate the transaction, the only area subject to tax would be the area taken up by the bed.
Regardless of the nature of a legal business, I'm all for legally beating the tax man.
