One by one, conservatives have endorsed Romney over Santorum and now Gingrich. This has exposed a dangerous hypocrisy. Whereas liberals thrive on hypocrisy, conservatives thrive on principle and ideas. When today's conservatives ignore principle and ideas and continue to do small talk about stay at home moms and GSA convention waste, instead of talking about Gingrich's big ideas of American Energy Independence and how to get there, they risk losing to the incumbent, Obama.
The principle of guilty collaboration still exists too.
I have no stake in Spartacist versus National Socialist contest.
A vote for Romney is a vote for Obama.
(because Romney can't and won't win. Dole, McCain).
So do something with your vote.
Don't stay home. Don't WASTE it on Romney. Vote third party, if there is one. Write in Sarah Palin.
“But, but, that will destroy the Republican Party!
EXACTLY
“From the ashes a fire shall be woken, A light from the shadows shall spring; Renewed shall be blade that was broken, The crownless again shall be king.”
No, it's not a bible verse.
From a poem written by J. R. R. Tolkien for his fantasy novel The Lord of the Rings.
“Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Albert Einstein”
WAKE UP AMERICA! First we will try a peaceful revolution, then........we will thank God and our founders for the second amendment.
I will not endorse Romney, I will not send one penny to him or the RNC. However I will vote for him as I do not believe we can survive another 4 years of Obama, and the farce Republican leadership has forced on us is the only chance of beating Obama.
I would love to see the Republican party go down and a new Conservative party of Patriots that love America rise from it’s ashes.
A Romney nomination is a definite signal that the GOP no longer wants or cares about the votes of conservatives, because of his leftist actions as governor of Massachusetts. I’m voting for Newt next month, and against gay marriage, two things I’m sure Romney and his supporters would not like.
I agree, I think Romeny is McCain version 2.0. This will have a similar outcome to 2008. I can’t see Romeny doing well in the debates without looking like a clown when Obama lies or misdirects, and then Romeny standing there with a stupid smirk on his face. To vote for Romeny is to vote for a RINO. Who the hell voted for this guy to get where he is today?
The Phoenix Party has a nice ring to it.
Democrats, George Will, Karl Rove, Ann Coulter, etc. -- the liberal/anti-conservative faction of the Republican Party that wants desperately for CNN, MSNBC, The NY Times etc., to like them and say nice things about them.
One month a conservative is critiquing socialized healthcare; the next month, they endorse it!
One month, they're critiquing the pols who support abortion & the siphoning off of the next generation to the body-parts harvesters; the next month they endorse a guy who endorsed such body-parts "donations" to such harvesters...a guy who embraced parents ridding themselves of their offspring from 1994->to very end of 2007...despite this pol saying he had a "pro-life" altar call in Nov of 2004...
We don't know how God uses things like this until we see how public integrity -- and lack of it -- is sorted out in the process of these things.
No...McCain was at least consistently pro-life (on paper -- even if the conviction to do anything about it was lacking).
McCain didn't have the liberal judge appointment track record Romney has.
Nor did McCain pioneer socialized healthcare.
Nor did McCain proclaim he was a "god in embryo" who would one day rule his own world.
At least, McCain was a loyal soldier during the Reagan Revolution (although he wandered later). Where was Romney? At best, he was AWOL and if you can believe his own words (a risky proposition admittedly), opposing Reaganism. Not surprisingly, since his father was always opposed to the conservatism of Goldwater and Reagan.
Yes. Get rid of Obama, Strengthen the House majority. Get a Senate majority. Replace DC insider republicans with grassroots conservatives in the primary. This is how we move the ball forward for the conservative movement. Once in office, we have to press the GOP senators and House conservatives to put together conservative bills...whatever goes to Romney’s desk will be signed.
The principle of unjust internment exists for non-collaborators too. We all admit that we are going over the falls, RINOS and conservatives paddle slower is all the hope we have right now.
Unless there’s some ploy I don’t know about, the only game left to us is “NOT OBAMA”. It seems that voting for Willard is the only play left in the playbook.
“The principle of unjust internment exists for non-collaborators too.”
The smart evade, the brave fight and die in the Warsaw Ghetto or fight and survive in the resistance. The corrupt serve as kapos, urging surrender and compromise, and the cowardly and foolish listen to the kapos and board the cattle cars to the camps, thinking they have selected ‘the lesser evil’.
This is a time of choosing, and choosing entails rejecting as well. I reject Willard Mitt Romney as vehemently as Barack Hussein Obama, and for very nearly identical reasons.
This appears to be bad sentence construction. Applying your own reasoning on such matters, can we conclude you lack intelligence and your arguments are invalid? Is it true that "The illiteracy further undermines the vapid argument."?
My argument is sound. Yours was not. I sense your feelings are hurt.
You dead-enders are going to be a real hoot as soon as Newt gives up the Bruce Willis “Sixth Sense” role. I see marginalized, inconsequential people.
“I see marginalized, inconsequential people.”
No doubt.
I see an imminent ZOT.
