Obama: 'If I had a son, he'd look like Trayvon'

Sanford, Florida (CNN) -- President Barack Obama spoke out Friday for the first time on the growing national controversy over the shooting of an unarmed black teenager in Florida, saying Friday that the incident requires national "soul-searching."

"When I think about this boy, I think about my own kids," Obama said. "

And he obliquely addressed the racial component of the case, saying it struck home for him because, "If I had a son, he'd look like Trayvon."

Yeah, that's real subtle, isn't it?

What Obama has essentially done is accused himself of being a "lookist," and of caring more about this incident because he perceives a racial kinship with the dead teenager.

It's time for conservative to Fluke the Prez on this.

We need conservative media to band together like they did against Fluke and take an example like the one you've mentioned, forcing the Prez to comment on the heinousness of the black perpetrator.

This purple lipped asshat is so desperate for some tipping point to take place he is using a poor latino with a white sounding name. And for all intents and purposes, he is innocent until proven guilty. From what I am picking up, his biggest guilty issue here is being stupid and putting himself into a situation where he had to use a gun, but I'll save that argument for the courts.

Trust me, I am repulsed...pissed...that there is no media driven national outrage when a terrorist in our uniform shoots up our soldiers on American soil; when groups of young blacks thugs in Tennessee rape and murder a young white couple, doing unthinkable acts on both; when groups of young black thugs beat a white American Vet in the streets; set people on fire; flashmob local stores; on and on and on. I want payback bad.

Yet I cannot play in their game. I will not give the halfrican the reasons to do what he needs to do to stay in office. Nope...ain't gonna happen. Time will come for payback.

Obama is looking for anything to gin up his liberal base for the election. In this case he is stirring up the Black community with the help of professional race baiter, Al Sharpton. Like with the incident with the Harvard professor where Obama said the police acted stupidly without knowing any facts he is playing with the sympathies of the Black community in this case again without knowing the facts.

Sharpton and his minions are doing little different than the White lynchings where it was always assumed the Black man was guilty and should be punished quickly by hanging. In this case the white guy is being lynched at least in the press without knowing any facts.
