Bristol Palin on Trig and World Down Syndrome Day (powerful video)

Bristol Palin informs us that today is World Down Syndrome Day, and she posted this on her new blog:

Thank you for all the kind words this week, especially the ones about Trig. Did you know that today – March 21, 2012 – is actually World Down Syndrome Day? It’s a great day to take a moment and celebrate life. Children with Down Syndrome are beautiful, and I’m so proud of my baby brother. I wouldn’t want him any other way!

Bristol then went on to dare us to watch this without tears. I must say, it’s a very challenging dare she issued. The video to which she’s referring has numerous reminders of the messsage her mother, Governor Palin, has shared with us so many times about Trig and what he adds to their lives.

This is a good response to that couple who sued the doctor recently because he did not tell them that their baby had Down Syndrome allowing them to abort her instead of giving her life. The shocking part is that the jury awarded them 3 million dollars. Oh, but they love their daughter. They just went on record saying they would have preferred to abort her. Sick.

Bristol Palin is doing some good positive things.

Olbermann once named her the worst person in the world. Her crime? Having a baby without a husband, and trying to help other girls avoid that problem.

I never understand the liberal mind. The liberals are completely non-judgemental about many things, including out of wedlock birth. Yet a girl such as Bristol wants to help with this problem, drawing on her own experiences, and that makes her so evil that Olbermann named her the worst person in the world. Go figure. I will never understand liberals.

Yeah, some folks think they are completely non-judgmental, but notice it’s only about activities they like to engage in. So they can be moral degenerates, get knocked up, have abortions, etc., and being judgmental about it they perceive as an attack on them personally.

The minute someone like Bristol faces up to her own mistake, she basically accuses them of making a mistake, which they can’t stand.

Such folks can be viciously judgmental about things they have no interest in doing. Like owning a gun.

The Thunderbird Foundation for the Arts in Mount Carmel Utah conducts art day camps for people with special needs which includes all disabilities but especially those special Down Syndrome individuals. The foundation is always seeking volunteers to help with these programs.

And donations are always appreciated. And please Sarah, Bristol and Trig, you are always welcome!
