Why, if there is an election in November, it will come down to Romney and Obama.
Just about any question a man, woman, or child could have, God has answered in His book, the Holy Bible. Just as He has answered the question "how did the world get here?" He has also told us why, if there is an election this coming November, it will be between a Muslim and a Mormon, Obama and Romney, Obama and Obama Lite.
And the devil, taking Him(Jesus) up into an high mountain, shewed unto Him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time. And the devil said unto Him, "All this power will I give Thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it. If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be Thine."
And Jesus answered and said unto him, saying: "Get thee behind Me, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and Him only shalt thou serve." Luke 4:5-8 ACP/KJV
When satan offered the Lord God of all things, dominion over all of the G0vts of earth, he said that he could do that for what has been given to him, he can give to anyone he wants. Jesus did not contradict that, He simply said that only God should be worshiped not some two bit corrupt fallen arc angel. And there, right there in Luke chapter four we find the reason why, if there are elections this coming November, it will be Obama vs Romney. Two of satan's own, satan cannot, or so he thinks, loose either way.
Mormons believe that Jesus is not God, they do not believe in the Trinity, they believe that Jesus is but the son of God, an arc angle, making Him nothing more than the half brother of Michael, Gabriel and Lucifer aka satan.
Muslims believe that Jesus was nothing more than a prophet or in some cultures only a good teacher, not Go, they like the Mormons do not believe in the trinity.
Yes, it appears the contest will be between Romney and BHO.
both support abortion
both support gun grabs
both support homosexual agenda
both support man made global warming
both support big government
both support government mandates
both support working with democrats
The only difference I have been able to find is that one thinks he will be god, the other one thinks he already is.
As of now, I don’t see elections in November. I see martial law before elections.
The illusion of choice.
Depends on how fast he can Presidentially Pardon the vast majority of the Penal system, and recruit them into his private army.
I tell ya, Bishop Romney would be a perfect VP - going to foreign funerals and baptizing deceased dead leaders.
Reverend, there’s plenty of difference between ‘bam and Romney:
One has actual executive experience and shown an ability to deal with the dems. Yes, that entails compromise, but I don’t consider that a fault.
One has raised a family to adulthood and to my knowledge, none of his kids has gone to jail. The other, well who knows.
One is actually married and appears to love his wife.
One is an American Citizen.
One made his own money.
One can tell you who is father really is.
One believes in God.
We’re electing a president, not a dictator. If we want conservative values, we need to focus on the Senate and the House.
We’ve got a full-fledged criminal in the White House and voting him out may not be enough to get rid of him. If my hunch is right, ‘bam has committed actual crimes— crimes serious enough to land him in the penitentiary. So it’s very possible that for ‘bam, much more is at stake than his mere ego— though that alone is dangerous enough.
It’s time this circular firing squad ended. There is serious work ahead.
...who do you suppose will "enforce" the martial law?
There are, don't you know, millions of us armed Americans who will not take kindly to any "martial law".
I would think that anyone trying this would cause CWII to start....if this is what "they" want, martial law would most likely provoke the intended outcome.
So if I wanted to vote for the Christian guy ....
I agree.
2. Implemented and supported Gay Marriage in MA.
He did not support gay marriage, did support anti-discrimination measures.
in Massachusetts
3. Supported the Brady Bill
4. Implemented an "Assault" Weapons Ban in MA AFTER the Federal Ban expired.
True, he supported the five day waiting period and the ban on assault weapons in Massachusetts.
5. Supports and believes in Man-Made Global Warming
Has admitted the possibility of global warning, but isn't in favor of wrecking the economy.
6. Supported a State-Level Cap-and-Trade system in MA. At first he did but then pushed for a cap on fees charged to businesses in Massachusetts . He now says he opposes cap'n trade.
7. Supported TARP Lately he's said Tarp made the economy worse.
8. Did not support GWB tax cuts<
He supported the second round of Bush Tax cuts.
9. Supported Amnesty for Illegal Aliens(Pathway to Citizenship)
He does not support blanket pardons of all illegals. He's in favor of secure borders. While governor he was in favor of law enforcement detention of illegals.
10. Implemented a Socialist Healthcare Program (RomneyCare) including a $50 Abortion and an Individual Mandate.
In Massachusetts.
No, he's not perfect and he's changed positions and still holds some we don't agree with. Does that remind you of any of the other candidates?
I'm convinced that much of this virulent anti-Romney stuff is coming from the dems, who see this as a wedge. People are quick to --as Voltaire I think said-- make the best the enemy of the good.
Romney will be the nominee. Your choice is between him and Obama; not voting is a vote for Obama.
I have a suggestion for you: CHECK YOUR FACTS. Oh yes, Mitt Romney did push for gay marriage in Massachusetts and anyone who said he didn’t is out to lunch.
>>...Oh yes, Mitt Romney did push for gay marriage in Massachusetts...<<
I’ll take you at your word. I’m not a Romney fan. My choices are anyone-but-Romney in the primary and anyone-but-Obama in the general. If Romney is opposing Obama in the general, I’m voting for Romney. I will not vote for Obama, nor will I fail to do what I can to vote against Obama. Our choices stink. But I will not fall into the false thinking that allowing Obama another term will somehow teach the GOP or the country a “lesson”. For one, the GOP could care less. They will happily accept the status-quo if that’s all they can get.
I fully realize that more folks are voting for Romney than other more desireable candidates. I don’t like it and I can’t understand it, but if Romney gets the most votes, then he’ll be the nominee. That is how it’s supposed to work.
The *WHY* is our job to figure out and overcome...
Is it MSM propgandizing?
Is it that our preferred candidates are viewed as “too conservative” by the voters?
Is it because we put up a laughably weak field of candidates?
Could we have done more to support those candidates?
Could we have taken a more active role in the process?
Should we each, *PERSONALLY*, do more to sway voters and grow our numbers?
Were these candidates the best we can come up with?
etc...
I suspect the truth is a little or a lot of all of those in combination.
This election should be a galvanizing lesson to what needs to be done for next time. Now, we just have to figure out how to tackle that laundry list of things we failed to do adequately & properly this time.
In the meantime, doing everything we can to oust Obama is all we can realistically expect to accomplish at this point. If that means I have to vote for Romney, you better bet your last nickle I’m going to do it. I’ll keep my powder dry and look to the next election and hope I can do something more to help. Regardless of the outcome, I doubt the GOP will be wounded in the slightest this time. Next time, I hope they get their @$$3$ handed to them by patriotic, constitutional conservatives.
I personally think that means we have to find a leader who will coalesce the tea-partier’s into a solid, reliable, voting-bloc. Right now, I think we are too scatter-shot and I place the blame for that *entirely* on poor to non-existent leadership — and I mean *organic* leadership. Reagan had it and could attract, motivate and convince. I truly believe there are other’s with those leadership qualities. We just have to identify them, support them and promote them.
Well, I double checked and I don't see where this is stated.
So maybe you can help me out here: what's the URL of that Soros-funded information trove where you formed your verdict?
Nice false accusation. Got any other slimy, deceitful debating tricks you want to pull out of your bag?
Look the fact is, Romney was never my first pick, but he's going to get the nomination, so I'm trying to go along in the knowledge that anyone will be better than 'bam. If 'bam gets another term--two supreme court appointments. There's at least a chance Romney would appoint someone with a brain who might wise up in time. Just one example.
The comment about the Soros funding was a general one. I didn't bring up MassResistance, you did. My point is that the conservative/moderate schism is being cultivated by Soros/'bam axis-- classic divide and conquer tactics and we're falling right in line.
