This is very similar to the one you posted a link to, but I find it to be quite handy. I like the appearance.
You are going to be quite limited without downloading a WYSIWYG editor. Online followed by copy and paste will have to do.

Most of my FReeping is done at work (shhh - don't tell my IT guys)
FYI - many (most?) businesses monitor the employee's Internet activity.

Actually, you can use Microsoft Outlook
Express to do just that. Don't set it up with any email info. Just open it and set it to not check for email at start up.
Then just open a new piece of "mail" and start typing. Use any font or color you want. When done, look at the lower left and you'll see tabs. Click on the Source tab and there you'll see the HTML source code for everything you've written.
I use it frequently and it works great.
