“I have videos, this election we’re going to vet him,” new media mogul Andrew Breitbart proclaimed at this year’s CPAC event.
Breitbart was, of course, referring to clips that allegedly show President Barack Obama during his college days — videos that the media leader claimed would show “why racial division and class warfare are central to what hope and change was sold in 2008.”
These tapes, which have inspired conspiracy theories surrounding what led to Breitbart’s death on Thursday of natural causes at the age of 43, are now purportedly going to be released (Glenn Beck has strongly cautioned viewers against jumping to conclusions connecting the tapes to Breitbart’s death).
On Thursday evening, Steve Bannon, a writer and documentary filmmaker (“The Undefeated”), told FOX News‘ Sean Hannity that Breitbart’s company will release the mysterious Obama Harvard tapes within seven to 10 days.
I sure hope this is true, I sure hope that Btreitbart had a release mechanism that didn’t rely on himself solely.
If this is true sounds like he had planned to release them March 1st, but sounds like his associates may have decided yesterday in news of his passing to wait till the buzz around his untimely death to pass so it wouldn’t draw attention away from the Obama College video.
Could be Obama is done in by a Dead man.

My only question is this the right time to show the tapes? I guess it may depend on what is on them. Anyways I would like to see the tapes shown when they will do the most damage to Obama.
I just wish the tapes would be released by someone other than Hannity. He tends to spend a few minutes on an important issue before wandering off on some other issue.
It better be devastating. He graduated from college 30 years ago so it better be the most immoral, sexual or something. Just showing Obama saying that he is a socialist or smoking a joint is not enough. We thought Sheriff Joe was going to knock our socks off yesterday and that was basically a snore....stuff we already knew.

Glenn Beck is qualified to tell people what to think? This from the man who spent hours documenting the Obama connections to a Soros conspiracy? Unbelievable!!!

I agree about Hannity, he needs a half hour to talk to Velma and toot his horn about what a fine generous non racist he is.
The article give the impression that Brietbart’s company will release the films, not Hannity.
I think they need to wait until the general election begins to release this stuff.
The tapes will end up on line anyway. I just hate wasting time with hype.
If AB was to release them yesterday, then his folks should get them out ASAP.

We live in a Banana Republic. Holder, Big Ears & his Czars do anything they want w/o impunity. Any media coverage from Sheriff Joe’s snorefest? The SC won’t take this on & pagan Kagan won’t bow out from the ObamaCare issue & Alito calls that snake, Ruth Ginsberg a friend & I don’t even want to go with the Wall Street corruption.

Give them a break. The guy just died. At least let them attend to his funeral first. Don't you think that his passing has had a huge effect on his staff? They are probably numb.

No, but it might sway some of the independents. I don’t know what’s on the tapes, so it’s kind of hard to say what effect, if any, they will have.
My husband finds Breitbart’s death suspicious. He thinks Obama had something to do with it.
I would find that along the category of conspiracy theories, but...it makes me wonder.
I was surprised other people haven’t said as much, but I haven’t been on the net for the past few days but a wee bit, working.
