Ahh! The scourge of racist democrats running a city into the crapper has spread from Detroit to Baltimore. Our National Socialist Democrat Party is very adept at destroying everything in their paths.

Some bricks just need recycling.
Why would anyone stay in Baltimore City if they could get out? The property taxes are exorbitant, yet the schools are horrible. It’s a GD crime what has happened to the city.
As the number of empty souls increases, so does the number of empty houses.
Baltimore - Randy Newman - Performed by Nina Simone
Beat-up little seagull
On a marble stair
Tryin’ to find the ocean
Lookin’ everywhere
Hard times in the city
In a hard town by the sea
Ain't nowhere to run to
There ain't nothin’ here for free
Hooker on the corner
Waitin’ for a train
Drunk lyin’ on the sidewalk
Sleepin’ in the rain
And they hide their faces
And they hide their eyes
‘Cause the city's dyin’
And they don't know why
Oh, Baltimore
Man, it's hard just to live
Oh, Baltimore
Man, it's hard just to live, just to live
Get my sister Sandy
And my little brother Ray
Buy a big old wagon
Gonna haul us all away
Livin’ in the country
Where the mountain's high
Never comin’ back here
‘Til the day I die
Oh, Baltimore
Man, it's hard just to live
Oh, Baltimore
Man, it's hard just to live, just to live
Anybody whos spent any time in Cleveland, Detroit, Philadelphia, Baltimore or Flint, can see what the market has done to those neighborhoods. Its destroyed them.
As if the "market" were a thing with a single will. Of course, if he'd said that people acting in their own best interests had destroyed them, it just wouldn't have the same big-government ring.

Buffalo’s inner-city liberals always wanted to emulate Baltimore (Inner Harbor), Pittsburgh (neighborhood revitalization), and Cleveland (the Flats). When I would point out to them that those cities were losing population even faster than Buffalo despite those big projects, they feigned deafness.
Here in Pittsburgh, I drove up Larimer Avenue to the meat market near the bridge.
It looked like a war zone, very few standing buildings in testament to the war on poverty.
Actually, the street in the photo above doesn’t look that bad. There are not piles of torn garbage bags with trash being blown around. There are no sofas out on the side walk with stuffing hanging out. The car in the photo isn’t on blocks with the tires and wheels missing and the windows smashed. Someone has put out flower pots that amazingly haven’t been stolen. The street looks like it has been swept recently. I don’t see any boarded up homes.
Does anyone remember the TV series, “The Wire”? This is exactly what happened on the TV show. One of the supervisors said, “Let them deal drugs in these blocks and don’t touch them. Everywhere else hitting hard.” Crime dropped like a rock and the few blocks weren’t any worse than before. Eventually the supervisor got fired as I recall.

Maryland has its priorities right. They just legalized homosexual "marriage."
So all will be well...

“Baltimore Has Decided Some Neighborhoods Just Arent Worth Saving”
The God’s honest truth is that some neighborhoods in Baltimore *aren’t* worth saving.
In blighted neighborhoods, there is no cooperation between the community and the police. The residents are afraid to report crime and don't trust the police (with some justification, given the number of witnesses who have disappeared or been murdered). The police don't trust the community because the jury nullification by black juries on behalf of black defendants is incredible. In one case a gang-banger who sped up to ram a cop car, and killed the officer driving the car, was let off scott-free because the jury felt sorry for him (the facts of the crime were not in serious doubt.)
And with nutso liberal judges, even when a conviction is obtained, sentences are light. The last state's attorney, Patricia Jessemy, had a public policy of not seeking the death penalty.
I do not travel into Baltimore City except when essential - given past history, I know that a black person assaulting or robbing me is unlikely to be convicted. Might as well have a target on my back. I know that's not PC, but it is the wide perception of many people who live near Baltimore.
