Rose's comment was absolutely racist. But, the fallout will be minimal.
However, if Chris Mullin had called Deion Branch a, "Black boy blitzed," the firestorm that followed would have been epic.
Rose is a racist, but, because he is black, he will get a pass.
It's the way society operates, and nothing is going to change it.
Fortunately I am not that easily offended
I'm sorry if anyone is offended.
Aside from the idiotic racist comment and the double standard, why was Gronkowski’s behavior news in the first place? The season was over, he’s not even going back to training camp for months, why shouldn’t he be allowed to unwind as he sees fit?
Because they lost? It was a close game, he played through a lot of pain, and they had a great season. He shouldn’t need to act all depressed just because they came up short to a team that played a very good game.
was lil black boy wasted when he called the white boy wasted?
He is white, he was wasted.
It was true who cares.
So, this Jalen Rose character was rather niggardly with his praise for Mr. Gronkowski.

I heard it live and I thought it was funny. Nothing more that a bit of trash talking.
Athletes refer to their teammates as “my boy...” It a term of affection and it goes both ways.
So why is it minimal? Stand up whities, stand up. Go after these pukes. What a worthless bunch of chumps us whities have become.
