A very lucky boy to survive that with only these injuries.

""Did it hurt?" we asked him. "No
not that bad, he replies."Certainly not a "victim" mentality.
Shame on the owners and all involved for not taking action after the 1st attack.
I was going to ask "what ever happened to hospitality"?, but then I thought "WTH is happening to my country". Kinda answered my own question.

The child is lucky to be alive, for sure. (It’s a shame his parents gave him such a name, though.)

There's a bar on the hiway between Tacoma WA and Mt Rainer National Park.
In that bar is the picture of a Cougar hanging upside down after being shot by a deer hunter...the cat was going to steal his game.
The cat was over 8ft from nose to tip of tail and weighed 248lbs.
It's not one of those "here kitty kitty" kinda cats. His head was the size of a watermelon.

I’ll bet his parents are glad they allow their 6 year old to carry a knife.....
Lucky it wasn’t a school zone or the kid would have to be arrested.

First time I ever *really* saw the Milky-way was out in the Big Bend. Beautiful country! The only critter we saw was a raccoon that visited the camp each night and got his fill of crackers and Lone Star.

Up by the lodge? Holy Guacamole!
Been in that park many times, but that area up there in The Basin is the most heavily trafficked part of the mountains. I could kinda understand big kitties back in the mountains away from everybody, but that is the main campground.
Scary.

Here is a sign a short distance past the last cabin at Chisos Mountain Lodge in Big Bend.

And here is a warning sign at the entrance to the Chisos Mountains. Beautiful place.
