Why don’t you file an objection to Obama’s name placed on the ballot in your state?
Contrary to popular believe, the State of Georgia does not speak for every state. For example, the State of Florida will allow any candidate who meets the criteria for ballot placement to be on the ballot, regardless of eligibility to take the office. See Abdul K. Hassan request for determination of ballot access from State of Florida, Secretary of State.
The State of Colorado will only allow a candidate for POTUS who meets all other criteria for ballot placement to be on the ballot if the will sign a sworn statement they are eligible for the office. See Abdul K. Hassan v State of Colorado, Secretary of State.
Mr. Hassan is suing various states for ballot access after admitting he’s a naturalized American citizen. He wins in some states and has lost in others.
The State of Georgia has three eligibility lawsuits. Others will follow.
Nebraska’s useless. Our laws only require the DNC to say he’s their candidate. And our SOS is counting on the media to vet eligibility. A sad, sad joke.
We’ve got this case in GA and a judge that - at least so far - has been willing to rule against Obama. I’d hate to see this chance slip by.
