Nebraska’s useless. Our laws only require the DNC to say he’s their candidate. And our SOS is counting on the media to vet eligibility. A sad, sad joke.

We’ve got this case in GA and a judge that - at least so far - has been willing to rule against Obama. I’d hate to see this chance slip by.

Unfortunately, the Georgia SoS can ignore the advisory opinion written the Judge Malihi. All Judge Malihi will do is write an opinion for the SoS that will state that if the facts remain the same and a plaintiff with standing sues the GA SoS over Obama’s placement on the ballot, then a GA Court will rule in a manner similar to my opinion.

Regardless of the facts and regardless of Judge Malihi’s opinion, the Georgia SoS will decide if Obama is placed on the ballot unilaterally. Another lawsuit against the Georgia SoS, regardless of how he decides, is likely. And it will be de novo (a new trial, as if the Administrative Hearing never happened).
