I lost my Rottie, age 11, last August.
She was as nice a dog as has ever lived.

I’m sorry. I love Rotties.

I’m sorry for your loss. Yes, they are wonderful dogs. I have a Rottie and she’s an absolute sweetheart.

I am so sorry for your loss.

I lost my beloved “Lola” same time last year, she was 12.
My God, is it hard to let them go.

How did you get yours to 11? My girl didn’t even make ten. Pure bred — cancer killed her in three weeks — genetic. Her entire litter of brothers and sisters all died within a few days of her. Genetic time bomb?

My Ursa was a silly girl, loved her family, her kitties and was very protective of all her dog-friends in our neighborhood.

I just came from another Freep thread with the “All rotties are killer time bombs...” concept.

She could bring the thunder, but had her k9 good citizen training and knew what was expected of her at all times.

No dog has ever matched her in intellect and emotional intellegence.
