Please Help Me Find the Master List of Ping Lists

There exists somewhere in FReeperland, a master list of all of the ping lists, and I used to keep a copy of it on my computer. Unfortunately, when my old computer died, it did so suddenly and I didn't have that particular file backed-up.

Jim suggested that I post a thread asking for assistance, because he did not have a link to the thread that I'm looking for. I sent a FReepmail to the FReeper who used to keep the master list and I didn't receive a reply. After looking at the posting history of the FReeper, I see that she has only posted in forum a couple of times in the last 2 years. Not hopeful in finding what I need down that avenue.

Does anybody have a copy of the master list, or possibly even a link to the thread? If so, please let me know.

If it turns out that the master list of ping lists is not being maintained at this time, please let me know if you would be interested in helping me put this information together again. I'd sure be happy to take on part of the duties.

There was a list published a few years ago but it has not been kept up to date at all. The gardening thread was never added to the list - I had requested an add.

That was part of what started this odessey on my part. I wanted to make sure that The Weekly Gardening Thread was on the master list.

Also, I was planning ahead for when the gardening list got to 500 strong. I have us at 494 as of today and was wondering how other ping lists stacked up.

There was a list that was in table form, very colorful, and listed each ping list and who kept the list.

Yep! That is the same list I saw a few years ago. It was impressive.

Tables in HTML have never been my strong suit. I will have a hard time duplicating cgk's presentation on that.

But, I do feel that the master list is something that ought to be maintained.

Martin has a pretty up-to-date one (only a few years old). I've seen links to it in his ISH and other pinglist pings, but at the moment I can't call one up.

Thank you! That seems to be the most recent update, but amazing how out-of-date it seems at the same time.

I'm gonna work on it as I find time. Hopefully, I'll have something in a month or so.
